Hi,

I am a customer of Indane with customer no 01649 and have been registered with "S and P Enterprises, Shop No-8 Aravali Shopping Centre Alaknanda Kalkaji".

I booked my gas cylinder on 31 Dec. 2011 then on 9 Jan 2012 but still I didn't get cylinder. Today(15 Jan 2012), I have tried to book it online and I have seen that it had been already delivered on 31 Dec 2011. I have attached the screen shot of the same for reference.

I am using Indane from many years. It is so disappointing for a customer to get this type of service from a reputed Brand like Indane. I request to take an appropriate action ASAP. So, It will not happen again with any customer.

Indane Gas — CYLINDER NOT SUPPLIED

SIR,
I BOOKED MY GAS CYLINDER TO Rajhans Gas Service (11,South Avenue Market New Delhi-110011, phone no. 23011474,[protected] on 30/12/09 and again repeat on 02/01/10. but still they cannot supplies my cylinder after making several calls they tells that cylinder can supplies tomorrow this can be happened from last 10-12 days but still icannot get my cylinder.
I Request you to please look in this matter.

Last month, I booked a cylinder with Raghu GAS Agency gurgaon. My consumer number is R-23238 & my mother's consumer no. is 7271. Till date,cylinders are not delivered . When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff abused with me . I request you to take an action against the owner, Mr. sharma of this agency. there are already many complaints against this agency. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

dear sir, i booked my gas on 18/01/2010 to jaspreet gas agency my connection no. is k-9026 and k-4905 they told me that they will send me gas on wednesday but till date 23/01/10 i have not received any of the 2. i have called them hundreds of time but their phone is always busy. now i m out of gas what should i do.

sir, I am consumer of indane con.no.004125 at cooch behar.West Bengal.I am booking sylender on 07.12.2009. but till date the same is not delivered, several time we have to carry the sylinder with our own expenses. Which is highly risk as well.
Even the booking sequence is not maintained by distributor.
I therefor request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure home delivery with short period from the date of booking.

I have booked the Gas on 23rd Jan, 2010 but inspite of my regular / repeated requests, delivery is not made to my address. I have contacted them daily to get the cylinder, but every time same answer received “ cylinder will deliver tomorrow “. At last they have cancelled my booking as per their own wish. However, I have no other option left, but to book the gas again and got delivery from their delivery point.
