[Resolved]  Indane Gas Refill — refill not received

Dear Sir/Madam, I booked my refill on 10.2.12. Regn No.[protected]. On 2.3.12 I received cash memo no.392. Till today I have not received refill and automated service no. told me that booking upto 14.2.12 cleared. My house remain open throughout day and night. No delivery man has reported so far. Please send the refill immediately. My consumer no.018712. Gas Agency name is Kasna Inadane Gas Service. Their phone No.[protected], 2324228, 4135788. Their email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Complaint No. on automated no.is 335883 dated 4.3.12
I shall be grateful if matter is taken up at appropriate level so that refill is delivered soon. Thanks
