I am a consumer of Indane LPG cooking gas. My customer no is 5787. I am not able to book the cylinder due to change in phone nos of the gas agency. I have searched in your website also, but the phone nos are not updated there also. The gas agency details are as under

I am a customer of indane with customer no 11828 and have been registed with Kectu Lili gas service, Krishi Vihar, New delhi (Phone No.26241576,[protected]. I booked my gas cylinder on 27th Dec. 08, till 6th Jan, 09 no delivery has been made by the agency. On 6th of Jan afternoon I call them they told me your booking has cancelled due to house lock, and some one booked today morning again and they asured me to delever positively on 7th of Jan. Again I call them on 9th of Jan they told me due to transporters strike Gas didn't come to us so we can't delevered it. Strike started from 4th of Jan but my booking was from 27th of Dec. So they intentionaly delay for delevery. Because everyday my wife and my nephew has present in my house, no one knock the door or have lock any time. Another thing is only the agency phone is knon to me neither my wife or my nephew know it, then who will book again in 6th of Jan morning. I hope intentionaly they delay in delevery to consumers and sold them in black. I request the concern authority look in-to this matter.

My consumer No is PL 10184. There is always a delay to supply LPG gas cylinder, my last request for LPG cylinder was on 26.12.08 and yet to receive the cylinder, however other consumers in my locality has received gas cylinders, who has actually requested for LPG cylinder after 26th Dec. I am really surprised why my cylinder is not being delivered at my residence. I have made several calls to the concerned dealer(P L gas service, Boral Main Road, Kolkata - 154, Tel No:[protected] but they are always misbehaving. I need the gas cylinder immediately and also want to resolve this type of problem what I am facing with this dealer with an immediate effect.

Please treat my earlier complaint as cancelled as I have edited the dates, which were incorrect. Sorry for the inadvertent mistake.

I am trying the Yadu Gas Agencies (Indane Gas Supplier) but getting phones are either busy or not recieved by them continuously for two days. My Consumer No. is 34100
I have written to Indane and there is no rule that says you must buy a green label gas stove compulsorily from them. Any working ISI marked stove is fine. You must write to CNN-IBN Citizen Journalist. They may help you. Also write to the Dept. of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances.

My consumer No. is 3094 in Avon Gas Agency, Najafgarh and despite repeated attempts I am unable to order for refill of my cooking LPG cylinder. Kindly use your good office and book an LPG cylinder and also ensure that the telephone Nos 65713777 & 28010200 of the said Avon Gas Agency are in order so that the other consumber who have no internet facility may place order for refill of their cylinder.

An early response shall be highly appreciated.

Indane Gas — Non delivery and No response

There is no supply of Gas since 45 days, no response if we call, Mr. Ashok Rao who is working in that gas agencies not giving response to the customers. From govt. or Indian gas officials no supervisions and they are selling block please give us clear response from your end.

Indane Gas — non-booking of gas cylinder, cno. is A25224

On 6 jan'09, I had called them to book my Gas number A25224. They refused to book & said that they had delivered the cylinder to me yesterday, i.e on 5 jan'09.Then i told him i didn't book my cylinder & also had not receive any cylinder yesterday. After that he spoke to someone & told me that u will receive ur cylinder tomorrow. But till today I have not receive my cylinder.Now I call them again today that when I will receive my cylinder then they again told me the same old story that their computer is showing 5 Jan'09 deliveryso u book on 19 jan'09 . Again I have to tell him the same thing. I thought this delay is due to strike but now I am really angry, they said earlier they will send my cylinder but how will they, they hadn't book my cylinder yet. So I request to take the action as earliest

Indane LPG - Tucs Distributor — Inefficient and Non-Transparent services of TUCS, Gopalapuram

LPG Booking done on 22.12.2008 still not delivered. No proper reply furnished and staff of TUCS, Gopalapuram is always evasive.

Booking procedures are not adhered to. They deliver according to the invoices generated by them and not according to the date of booking. The invoices are generated at their will and as late as 8-10 days after the date of booking.

Request IOC officials to intervene and take appropriate corrective action.

This is to inform you that I received 3 ~ 5 Kg less weight cylinders every time.My consumer NO. is 14652. Gas agency is Subha Laxmi Gas Agency, Distributed to Mayur vihar Phase - III area. New Delhi.
This is a common complaint.

Indane Gas — Less weight

Dear Sir,

My registeration number is K-20422 and I had booked for a cylinder re-fill, and it was delivered on time. At the time of receipt I did not weight it before taking the delivery.
However this cylinder only lasted for 15 days against usual 30 to 35 days.
Is it possible that the cylinder may have have been delivered under weight
Please advise how do I loge my complaint with Indane Gas Authorities.

Indane gas booking agency has started automated booking IVRS and numbers are - [protected]/031. I have booked my cylinder on around 03.01.09 and booking number was 10 but till date gas cylinder is not delivered. I think it's not useful and consumer is just keep on waiting. When I enquired about, it was found that no booking has been done. My gas agency is Rainbow gas agency, Faridabad. Hope some one will reply.

I am a customer of Indane. My Consumer code is K-17572 and it falls under Kamla Karan Gas Service, Plot No. 6, Sector-19, Rohini, Delhi. I am trying to book a cylinder for the last 7 days but not able to book because of not geeting their phone lines and not getting through automated booking also. It is one of the worst agency across the globe. None of their phones are working and it seems that they kept cradles their phone at a side. You need to visit every time to book a cylinder and the attitude of the guys sitting there is like they are doing a great favour booking your connection and are very rude. I tried to use service provided over phone at the number 1260. In the beginging they delivered the gas within 3 days after the booking. Now it has been found that the agency has wrongly registered above consumer number as 617572 instead of 17572, so that I am unable to use the services over phone number 1260 since it always cites wrong comsumber code number. So I am not able to book my gas connection. I also spoke to their delivery man when he came to our area of the manuplation of the cosumer code number he showed ignorance of this and asked me to contact their babus at the agency. If this attitude continues, then the days are not far when IOCL has to close its shop in this world of competition. I don't have the courage and patience to talk to the rogues sitting in the agency. IOC officials are requested to give an ear to this complaint or lose the goodwill and business.

Indane Gas Cylinder — Difficult to reach telephone numbers

We had a problem with a leaking Indane gas cylinder a fortnight ago; we were able to reach our distributor over the phone and they despatched their service technician within a few minutes. He changed the tube, washer on the cylinder, etc and the problem had been solved.
However, on this Saturday, just after closing hours, we started smelling gas again. We checked a few things, however, it is not getting better. We could borrow another cylinder and changed the cylinders; the smell stopped.
On the Monday, we started calling our distributor on the three phones listed on the last bill. The phones are either busy or occasionally a phone rings without any response. We tried the Emergency Service Cell[protected] many times to reach it ultimately after 7 hours, but it now belongs to Bharat Gas! We also tried IOC Customer Service Cell[protected] or 9246) - here too it was either busy or it rings without any response.
Finally, we sent a person to our distributor to complain and of course we are sure we would get a good service.
The problem is either insufficient phones or people to attend.
Will Indane look a this grave problem (emergency service risking lives and property) and do the needful?
