Indane Gas — home delivery problems

we have a connection of indane gas service in our locality Bhilwara (Rajasthan). the delivery system of Arpit Gas Agency, Behind Bhadada Bagh is very poor. they do not deliver the refill on time and even they don't care for the problem we face.
they sometime deliver leaking gas refills and don't even send any person to look after.

I am custmor HAWAMAHAL GAS AGENCY IN JAIPUR. I am facing late gas supply.This agency are booking in 21 days and gas delivery are in 45 days.Only 1 cylinder are gets after in 65 days.My connection no. h-24697. Sir i am facing this problems from last 5 months.
please do solve this problems.

this is to inform you that sonu gas service is not giving the full weight.
i have brought the19 Kg industerial cylinder from sonu gas service but there was less weight in the cylinder.
there was 300grams less weight in the cylinder. so i told that there is less weight in the cylinder.
so he told it coming from the compney was shell i do.and he has gone away.
then i have ring the sonu gas service for that less of weight but they do not pick up the phone.
the dilivery men told that if it is that then u can take the cylinder from the goudan.
so told yes but when i told them that take 8 Rs. les because it is delivery charge.
they told i[censored] want the cylinder you have u give 8Rs. also other wise we will not five you a cylinder.
as a customer n i need it i have to take it but please take some action again them.
because they are harassing the poor people also.

Indane Gas — worst service

I am Md.Nizamuddin from Muzaffarpur (Bihar).A consumer under Sivaloka Gas Agency, A can assure that this agency is providing the worst service over here.It accepts booking hardly three days in a week.and for that I have to get into a big line of hundred people.The service is very poor.Even after booking the delivery is not made until I go in search of the vendor.The vendor collects capricious amount of money for the refil cylinder.There is no certainty of your cylinder to be delivered on time.
It is my plea to you that take hard steps against the agency, And Kindly improve the service,
If any information regarding me is required, I am happy to provide.

Indane Gas — Delay in supply of refill cylinder

Respected Sir/Madam,

I booked my refill for consumer # 10431 on 1260(Online Booking)

on 6th December 2008. Now that it is 14 days, I went to Siddharta

Agencies to enquire about my refill status and was surprised to know

that the gas was booked on 10 th December2008 and they say it will take

another 5 days.

To my other surprise, I found out that the Auto was delivering booking

dated 9th December 2008 in my locality.

Could u please help me...and check the real status of my refill...

Why are there such manupilations when i booked it on 6th and the person

at Siddharta Agencies is saing that it was booked on 10th...He says it

may be due to holidays...

Anyways i request you to see to it that i get the refill at the

earliest and such things are not repeated again.

my gas id -PG 43450. in agency nobody picks phone. gas booked by electronic no 1260 . on 14.01. 2008. no response. gas cylinder not reached yet. this is every month story. is there any control of INDANE on such cheaters . so black marketing can be stopped. oterwise i will lodge a complaint in consumer forum.

I always booked my cylinder timely but i am not receiving my cylinder timely and the person who bring the cylinder also give it by Less Weight and He did not have their weighing Instrument also when some instructions we try to give him then he always misbehave also.
if we want to contact Through Distributor then their two numbers 22455205 and 22465591 did not work.
we are facing so many problems evertime, we are using Stove for cooking the food.
I wanted to have a DVC connection .So i went to the dealer but he refused to give the DVC connection.
Sir how can i get it, I really need it

I am a consumer of your distributor namely M/S Sunder Shyam Agency at A-1 Janakpuri Market. Sir I have booked my cylinder on 12th of Jan. 2009 but till date I have not received my cylinder at home. I have given many reminders but not get my cylinder. Lastly I am writting u about my problem.

now a days madhu gas agency(bangalore) for no reason comin n asking rs.40 sayin tat for gas checking for every 2 months..
and not deliverying gas at proper time n day
and not behaving properly wid old aged people...

The mentioned complains are absolutly correct. The Agency people either keep their phone bussy or in case a call get through they donot pick up. For the last four years i am also bearing burnts of the same. This time also they have not delivered the cylinder inspite of my booking at 1260 which i made on Dec 27 2008 and then Jan 7 2009 then on 13 jan 2009. The records can be obtained from 1260.

I am strongly of the opinion these agency people should be taugt lesson by prosecuting them under essential services act.

Indane Gas — Not picking up phone

I am writing this complaint after getting harrased by "Rohini Enterprises Sec-7 Rohini Delhi".Last few months they do not pick up the phones, on visiting personally the staff make silly excuses that phones are working fine.
I am trying to book a Gas for my Aunty who is 82 years old and She can not go personally and book the gas as the Above mentioned address is quite far from her house.and for me it is not possible to book the gas personally on week days and sunday is a holiday.I tried to call up Rohini Enterprises on phone for many times but this time also they are not picking up the phone, I wrote a mail to them on email specified by them on the slip "[protected]@rediffmail.com" 2 weeks ago but that has also not helped me.
Kindly tell me where should i approach for this

There is a problem with gas booking by telephone . Whenever i call i find the phone busy! I stay in New-Palm Avenue Ballyguange, Kolkata and my booking center is Gora Chand Indane Phone No. 22872111.

Indane Gas — Not booking Gas

I am a Customer of Sukhdev Vihar Gas Service, 18 Masigarh, Sukhdev Vihar, New Delhi, My cutomer ID is SV-9645, Gas Agency is not responding his phone, When I personally Visit to his Office, I found They are keeping phone out of receiver, They had 3 Nos of telephone Line. But they are not responding. Whey I tried to meet his senior person they denied to meet me.

I am your customer from last 20 years.My gas booking no.-13651 at N.D. GAS SERVICE, Barabirwa Alambagh lucknow uttar pradesh-226005.
today(29/1/09) government reduce the price of gas cylinder and new prices are effected from 29/1/09 12:00 am.and i am booked gas at 24/1/09 they give me a slip.Today when i am going to gas godown for take the gas cylinder.they charged me old price(234/-Rs.) and they says "we have no information about price reduces from indane company side".and they are doing misbehave from all customer.They says "if you want gas stand here and pay 234/- rs.or you don't want gas goaway"
This type of behaviour they are doing from customer.I hope now you are taking some action about this condition.and iam also want my cash back which they are charged from me.

I am the customer of Indane from last 6 years We got connection from kochi, we got fine and well service from the distributor. Our consumer number is 7507, we transfered it to Trivandrum, under Sastri Gas Agency. We are getting trouble since 3 years from this agency. They want get on time, sometimes they give this cylinder to another one who have not booked yet. if we call them they says that no one is there in our house. we are working people. we go on job for 9.30 am and returns at 6pm . Always we give our cylinder, book and money to near by house.If we have to take leave and sit for this cylinder? Please take action for this as soon as possible. I am awaiting for your reply.

We have booked the cylinder on 8th January 2009. We didn't received the cylinder yet. they told after 20 days we get the cylinder. When we called on today, it had been returned, because the house was locked. I always the cylinder and money to near by house. because we are working people. we leave home at 9.30am and returns back at 6pm. Please let me know the status. awaiting for your reply as soon as possible. our consumer no is 7507.
