[Resolved] Indane Gas — Gas Cylinder Weight is Less | |||
i am consumer of Pashupati Gas Service agency of indian gas & my consumer no. is 10051 (AC Agarwal) .i am facing lot of problem because of delivery man. we have asked him to bring the full gas cylinder but till now he does not bring.he delivers always short quantity of gas but nobody taking any action against him your booking staff are also support him. so please take a necessary action against him i have already request to him please replace the cylinder but he did not.i hope you will take necessary action against him The company does`t pick phone for gas booking and all the other time their phone is always busy. they are deliver short weight of gas always. thanks & Regards your consumer Rohit Jain Consumer No. 10051 Was this information helpful? | |||

i am facing same problem of not getting Gas as per weight fixed by you as your distribute intentionally provide weight machine which is not authentic & verified and handlers used to manipulate while measuring weight. Do you have standard weight machines. i am posting photo which today taken by me and asked to come with standard weight machine but they avoided and said i have to wait for long time till they purchase new machine . Their answer compel me to post this complaint. whether distributor has been left free to cheat with LPG users. please inquire and show the action taken .Thanks
