I have a lpg connection with Baby gas agency Adoor. I had booked for a cylinder on 9-4-2011. ( My consumer no is 59067) But even after a lapse of 35 days the cylinder is yet to be received. Ihad contacted the agency many times, but all my efforts are in vain. Hence i kindly request you to take necessary action to issue the cylinder at the earliest.

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
I am LPG consumer of CAUVERY INDANE AGENCY, my consumer number being 46852. I had booked for refill cylinder on the[protected]. My booking number is 46. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered to us. This is not the first time that this agency has done this. Everybody in our area have a problem. Repeated calls have no effect. Only threats like will report to indane company gives results. They constantly say no stock, bookings are still pending, etc. But cannot waste time like this constantly and people with one cylinder or even two have problems because our rotation of cylinders become bad. The people at the agency say one month is the waiting time to book the next cylinder then another 5 days of waiting time after booking. This 5 days sometimes extend to 2-3 weeks. Who is going to responsible for this time lag that we consumers face? I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS THE EXACT WAITING TIME FOR A CYLINDER? HOW MANY CYLINDERS CAN A FAMILY HAVE? I WOULD BE CERTAINLY BE MOST OBLIGED I[censored] COULD LOOK INTO THE IRREGULARITIES OF CAUVERY INDANE AGENCY.

lindane — Order Refusal for Refilled Gas Cylinder

Dear Sir,

As I was out of station for few months and have neither ordered or taken supply of any Gas Cylinder since[protected], I am being refused fresh supply as on date[protected]. Now I am not being able to cook at home and am living a hard time.

i have booked cyllinder on 19/12/2008 and they assured me delivery in three days but after daily reminder over phone they have not delivered till 29/12/2008. only reply " no supply of gas".
this agency is not taking booking for a period of 20 days from last delivered cyllinder, i got last supply on 24/11/2008 accordingly i booked my next cyllinder on 19/12/2008 which they assured with in three days they will deliver at home but after reminder over phone two times and today on 29/12/2008 by personally visit they are not cooperating and only rude reply "no supply". how i will run my kitchen without gas.

there is a history for this agency that they rarely deliver gas at home, and we have to collect personally from their counter for which they never give us rebate. as we are working we don't have time to collect gas and we have to take leave for collecting cyllinder .

they have not displayed any contact no of indian oil officer on which we lodge our complaints against them. i think they are doing this with the help of indian oil officers, ther is a racket which is selling our bookings in black market and depriving us.

I working in Ministry of I&B. I went to Arya Gas Agency in Mukherji nagar to take a new connection. But the person of that agency firstly refused to give me a new connection and also make a feign that your address proof is not proper. Although I was submitting him a Address Certificate issued by competent authority of Ministry of I &B. After requesting him lot he again make another excuse that I will firstly send a registered letter to your home. Since I am a govt. employee and i live here with two other friends. They are also in MInistry of home & Ministry of HRD so we don, t live home in any govt. working day. In this condition we are unable to receive the registerd letter. They also said it will take minimum 3 week to get the connenction.
In this regard I request you kindly help me and instruct him to give me connenction as early as possible.

Sindhu Enterprises (Indane) — non receipt of cylinder properly from Sindhu Enterprises

Failed to receive the cylinder in time after booking the gas for refilling on 2.2.2008. I have visited the Gas Agency i.e. Sindhu Enterprises, Dilshad Garden on the very next day for immediate delivery of Gas Cylinder as we have no alternate to cook food at our home. Inspite of our request they did not respond and ignorantly said that the gas will be supplied on routine basis. Till date there is no supply of gas cylinder. My LPG connection No. is 21672. pl. do some thing.

I am bearing the consumer Number : 11903, residing @ 1078, Indu Complex, Jessore Road, Kolkata: 700 028, customer of Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency, Dist. Code: 99046912, applied for a gas refill on 24 th January, '09, Booking No.: 10693. I have been commited by my local dealer to supply the gas since the last one month. As three of our home members are working, we are managing time somehow almost everyday as per the time given by the local dealer, but nobody is responding. All of our family members are missing our important job schedule due to this problem. Moreover, we do not know when it would be over. I would expect immediate attention of Indian Oil Authority to take care of this problem in future.

lindane — No Delivery after 15 days of booking

I booked a gas cylinder on 16-Apr-2009 with ILA Gas Agency, Sec 93 Noida. My consumer no is 08179. Till date, it has not been delivered. I have been regularly calling them for past one week(3-4 times daily) and there is same reply that it will reach by 12 or it will reach by evening etc. The behaviour is pathetic of these people, they also used to disconnect the phone. I had to borrow cylinder from my neighbours, and they also have started asking me to return back the same. It has been total frustration for me as a consumer and it seems nothing we can do and have to only suffer.

this is happening with so many persons met at agency on going to remind for delivery.
so i request you to do the needful and take proper action for proper delivery of refill.

Dear sir,
I am a suscriber of Mansarovar indane gas, Jaipur.I want to complaint about refilling os gas as under:-
(1)The booking of refill of gas is not proper, It can not be booked through phone, mobile, You can not be assure even talking with the person at show room or written messase received back on consumer mobile, every time I have rush showroom to get my booked refill, they prefer it.
(2)The indane says that delivery received from godown reduce Rs 8 on each refill, but is on paper only, I have see every needy person to get it on full price. the dealer do so with needs of counsumer.
(3)On complaint showroom keeper say that they have to satisfy(?) indane authirities& local civil suppy authourites.(Everyone can understand yhe matter of satisfacton)
( 4) it is my 4th letter on email but no action taken by any authorities, tis show how powerful distrubutor is.

I am coustomer of Balaji Gas Company, Bilaspur (C.G.) This company is not giving services to customer like home delivery of gas clinder, they not take phone booking ( customer is trying to book his clinder by phone but they not recived) it. so Mr. Petrolume Minister do some thing on this subject.
I also have similar complaint against LPG supply dealer in Sanganer. My consumer no. is 143729. The agency telephone either remains engaged or the agency do not pick up phone. I am trying since[protected], but till date they have not supplied me the LPG cylinder.

Sir or Madam,
I am a customer of indane with customer no RT-1123 and have been resisted with RAGHU GAS SERVICE 28-29. Kamla Nehru Mkt, Khandsa Road, Gurgaon Haryana (Code No.[protected], Tel No[protected].
I have booked my cylinder on 20-10-09 but till date it is not delivered I am facing a lots of problems, they are telling it will come today and tomorrow but nothing happening. Day before yesterday my 2nd cylinder became empty at 10 pm. I don’t understand what to do in the night. Then I purchase an electric heater.
The fact is the rule said by the Indane people that the booking will be accepted only after 25 days of first cylinder delivery (incase of having 2 cylinders) But even though the booking made as mentioned the cylinders are still reaching home after 20 days later that the mentioned time. I'm & my friends who are register with Raghu Gas Service are fed up with the Indane gas service. Some of my friends has taken new connection from HP. I am also thinking for the same. IOC officials are requested to give an ear to this complaint or lose the goodwill and business.
Kindly intervene into the matter and help me

lindane — long time after registration of gas still unable to get gas cylinder

I have booked gas connection in the month of April/May but after such a long time my gas agency is not giving me a gas. While i am facing problem in getting gas cylinder.All the time the gas agency person is saying to wait and refusing to give me a gas cylinder.

I am a resident of Himachal Pradesh Distt. Mandi Vill & Post Office Kanaid and this area comes under the nerchowk gas agency .
