[Resolved]  Indane — non delivery of gas cylinder

I have a lpg connection with Baby gas agency Adoor. I had booked for a cylinder on 9-4-2011. ( My consumer no is 59067) But even after a lapse of 35 days the cylinder is yet to be received. Ihad contacted the agency many times, but all my efforts are in vain. Hence i kindly request you to take necessary action to issue the cylinder at the earliest.

My customer id no. is 31165 in the name of Mythilyrangarajan, we booked refill on 15th june 2014, and the name of our agency is CHANDRA GAS AGENCY, MOUNASAMY MADAM STREET, VENKATAPURAM, AMBATTUR, CHENNAI-53., I have not yet recieved the gas cylinder and the agency does not respond properly, the phone no.s of the agency are [protected] and [protected] which is always out of service, when enquired in person the reply we get is that they have not recieved the load and it would take another 10 days, it is almost more than a month that i have been patient enough waiting for the delivery, will i get any proper response and will the delivery be made early? i need the higher authorities to intervene in to this matter and resolve, hoping to get your co-operation in this regard

The above message is received by me on 09/08/2014 against my refill booking for consumer no. CX2279653 dt. 04.08.14 the distributor M/s Padma Gas Service, Allahabad (U.P). The cylinder is not received by me till 14.08.2014. No response by the dealer against queries made by the undersigned.

my gas agency is bindu gas, parur kavala, aluva and my consumer no. is 35734. booking ref is 580474 on 5th july 2014. cash bill was generated and the no. is [protected] on 30th august 2014 and msg was that cylinder shall be delivered shortly. another msg was received on 30th august 2014 itself stating that cylinder has been delivered. But till date, I am not in receipt of the refilled gas cylinder. my mobile no. is [protected].

request to investigate this and arrange immediate delivery to me. action should also be taken against the gas agency for not delivering the gas cylinder to me.

immediate response is awaited.

I hail from Trivandrum district, Kerala. I have booked my LPG cylinder at the local gas agency here "Guhan Gas Agency, Kazhakuttom, Trivandrum. I had booked my cylinder on August 20, 2014, but have not yet recieved my cylinder till date (9/10/2014)
This is not the first time i am having issues with the distribution of LPG cylinders from Guhan Gas Agency. Inspite of repeated calls i have not recieved the cylinder. It is understood that the said agency is selling the gas alloted in our booking to other customers and private vendors in black market due to which we are not recieving the cylinders in time. This is high time that the authorities take stringent action against the said agency and make sure that the registered customers with the agency recieve their cylinders as per the booking.
This is really pathetic situation, as we are clueless as to where to complaint or call as the given numbers for making the complaints are either not functioning or left unanswered despite n number of calls.
Dear Sir, I have booked for a refill on 18/07/14 from NETAJI GAS AGENCY, PAZHAKUTTY, NEDUMANGAD.My consumer no is NC 34496.Till date i.e 11/10/14 i have not received any cylinder.When I visit agency they are not cooperting. We have booked gas cylinder from Yadu Gas agency in Sahibabad on 19th of Nov. 2014. On 20th when the delivery person came to deliver, he was not having measuring scale and secondly the cylinder was also half full. He said he will come back the next day and deliver, but till yet we are just waiting. When we call Yadu Gas agency the lady there does not talk properly and have even spoken very rudely to my mother. The consumption no. is 35064. Its a very sorry state of customer dealing. We call your customer care no.[protected] and no one picks up there as well. Not to be expected from Indian Oil. The manager in the gas agency never picks up the call, no one picks up your toll free no., its such a pathetic customer service.
I hope this will be solved soon and proper action will be taken against Yadu Gas agency.

I have not received any gas cylinder Till today. And now when I am enquiring Indane automated gas booking to My surprise it is responding that I have booked it on 01.01.2015. I am shocked. I have booked for LPG cylinder on 07/0/2015 through online booking and is registered with ref.no. 795569, Till i have not received cylinder from gas agency, I asked them and showed the sms message with ref.no.795569. But, they have told me that your booking is not shown in our computer. They give a form, we filled it and handover them again, but we not yet receive cylinder, Gas agency didn't give proper response. I have received a sms on[protected] with cash memo No [protected] and with a statement that gas cylinder will be delivered shortly.Even after 10 days and repeated contacts with gas agency-Sri Dwarakamaayee Indane, Waltair Main road opp.Dasapalla executive court Visakhapatnam, the cylinder was not delivered.Again on[protected] I was forced by the agency to rebook refill cylinder and I have done the same with booking number 597047. .AS THE AGENCY IS APPEARENTLY INDULGING IN BLACK MARKETING AND TARNISHING THE IMAGE AND BRAND VALUE OF INDANE and not supplying the cylinder on schedule.Gas in my spare cylinder which I am presently using is almost exhausted. Hence I request you to deliver cylinder urgently. I further request you to change my gas agency to another Indane distributor situated nearer to my house

My Book No. 11513258 on 16/01/2015 on Phone No. [protected] (Kollam Booking No.)and agent No. [protected] (Kalloor mukku, Ochira) and again I contacted on 27/02/2015 and they are saying that you have booked on 15/2/2015. Kindly note that we have booked the Gas on 16/01/2015 but we didn't received Gas until now . Kindly look into the matter as more than 45 days passed and they are changing the booked date. so please look into the matter.
