[Resolved]  Indane — non delivery of gas cylinder

I have gas connection no v 464 with M/s veena Indane Enterprises Bareilly. On 14th march I booked the online with ref no. 237288. On 18th I got the message "cash memo [protected] generated for booking no 237288 shall be delievered shortly. But aftr that i visited agency 3 times they replied will deliever in 2 days. but till today I have not received. When today morning I again enquired about the same the employee sitting on the counter Mr, . Vipin threw my gas voucher booklet & said I don't know. Your booking has been cancelled. AApko jo karna hai kar lo. Kindly take strict action & advise why all this happen with my no. Every time when I book my gas they cancelled it and when we enquire they told will deliever in 2-3 days.
If no action will take I may take legal action against the employee as well as agency also.
Kindly advise me soon.

Till Date the Gas Cylinder has not been delivered to me.I submit a complain in consumer complaints on 24.04.2015 & after this gas agency book my another cylinder without deliver my first booking

i have book 4 times gas cylinder in 1.5 months but gas cylinder not supplied at home and many time asked to m/s kailash Enterprises, ludhiana for non suppling of LPG gas cylinder but not any respond by dealer. kindly take necessary action at your end.

My consumer No is R4715 with Rajasthan Indane gas agency Kota. I had booked gas cylender on 20/04/2015 till date cylender is not delivered.

Consumer no 10020, booking reference no 501269 dtd 25/5/15, cash memo no [protected], LPG ID no[protected] but on 2/6/15 I received a message that cylinder has been delivered by cash memo no [protected] which was not my cash memo. Till date I have not received my cylinder. My agency belong to Sankar Gas service, Madhyamgram, kolkata 700129

I have booked Gas on 5 Jun 2015 vide ref No. 399817 and cash memo No. [protected] has been generated on 9th Jun 2015. But till date the cylinder is not delivered and no head and tail for that. The cylinder delivery boy told that he has no bill or cylinder. Agency stated that the cylinder has been released on 4 Jun 2015. This is contradictory to the cash memo date.

I am holding a gas connection no.11184 since 2001 at Vasundhara Ghaziabad.Gas agency is Yadu Gas Agency.I have booked for my gas refilling cylinder on dated[protected] .My booking got registered by 883538 .Message for generating two nos cashmemo one having no. [protected] on[protected] & second having no.[protected] on[protected] have been received against the same booking no.883538.But, to my surprise the cylinder has not been delivered till date.
The reason as told by the agency is that in our area most of the consumers have switched over to Gas Pipe line.That’s why the transporter is reluctant to deliver.Kindly, sort out the matter as I am unable to take the delivery at Godown.

Today i have seen one of my neighbour paid rupees 700 for cylinder but in bill it is only 642+32

Referring to booking for consumer no 21689, Booking date Jan 7th 2015. Last week i call they told after one week deliver. today 24th Jan 2015 what i do.
