[Resolved] Indane LPG Domestic — Harrasment to the customer | |
Dear Sir, I am customer of Indane LPG from 2004. I took the first connection at Cuddalore, Tamil nadu. Then as i was been transfered to Raipur, CG, I applied and the connection was been transferred to Raipur. Without any difficulty i got the connection. After six months i converted it into double cylinder connection. My Consumer no is NO4350. From 8/8/2006 till 17/12/2008 i was in Raipur. My job is tranferrable. And again i am been transfeerred to Patna. I surrenderd the regulator in the agency( Nikta Agency, Near water tank, sector I, Shankar nagar, Raipur - 7) and did all the formalitites at raipur and got the security deposit. While preparing the TV, the concerned person typed my name wrong. I asked them to change it. but they informed me it is only the consumer no. matters. I came to Patna on the 3 of january 2009 and went to the near by Indane gas agency(Ankhand Jyoti, alpana Market). At that time idon't have address proof so they send me back. After getting my accomadation and the lease document I went to the Agency. He said My name is mentioned wrong and rejected to give the connection.Eventhough I was ready to produce Affidavit for the same. all the documents are correct except my name is spelled wrong. Moreover he is advicing me to go for a new connection(single) along with Gas stove etc. whcih will costs me around Rs 3500. Why i will go for it, since i am having a double cylinder connection in hand? If anybody help me to solve this problem. I am been harresed for four months.
