INDANE LPG GAS Cylinder - Non-Delivery

My consumer no. is QG05723 and I had booked a refill no. 2604-24232 on 05.08.2011. I received a SMS message on my telephone no. 9810071924 at 8.30 p.m on 09.08.2011 that the cylinder has been delivered via cash memo no. 4318. This is absolutely untrue since the gas cylinder has not been delivered. I fear that this is a 'scam' and therefore, as a conscientous citizen, I am lodging this complaint. I hope proper action will be taken and please inform me about the action being taken.
