NONE SUPPLY OF GAS

Sir,
My consumer no.16735 of Sringeri Enterprises, Gurgaon. I booked my gas on 27th January, 2011 but till today I have not received my gas cylinder. I already lodged a complaint on 17th February at consumer case Ph. 01748-259149 and also contact your office but my problem does not solve. The sringeri enterprises create always problem in refiling and misbehavour staff.
Kindly take nessessary action against them and help me
with regards

My consumer number is 18800, i booked gas long back & i got the booking reference number (354708)
and also i got message stating that cash memo genrated (7502) cylinder will be delivered .

But it was more than two weeks i did not get my cylinder. Sabana gas agency 'guindy' very horrible service.

Please do the needful
