Dear Sir,I am the customer (16089) of Ranjan Gas Services,Noida B-168,Sector-26,Noida Ph 0120-2522071,2551954,2551944. Today I connected the new gas cylender it had leakage,my family members got frightened and immediately tried to complaint to M/S Ranjan Gas Service but nobody picked up the phone &made it busy. Then we informed at Emergency no 9717333366 he denied.Even after repeated calls he didn't respond. Whm should we inform ? Who will take this responsibility?
At 6:20PM. he pickedup the call and committed to come within 2 hours,nither he arrived nor he gave any call .
We are not in a position to live without fear.We are feeling insecure.
Pl do the needful.
