[Resolved]  Indane LPG - Venkata sai Gas agency Madhapur — Unable to book refill

NO ONE PICKS UP!!!

Recently i have took the connection from Same gas agency. Now i am worried as my fuel is going to finish. I have called them for two continuos days but no one has picked up the call. What to do in this case? Can't we raise complain in customer care against this agency?

I a also facing the same issue. recently i got connection from this (venkat sai gas agency madhapura) gas agency. Since last two days i am calling them but there is no response.

From the above posts, Is there some kind of actions been taken or not. Whats is response of agency and who is answerable to customer?

ONLY 2 WORDS PATAHTIC SERVICE.. THIS IS MY SCENCERE REQUEST TO INDANE: THEY SHOULD CANCEL THE FRANCISE WITH VENKATSAI GAS AGENCY. THEY DON'T PICKUP THE PHONE, DON'T DELIVER ON TIME. WE HAVE TO PERSONALLY GO AND CHASE THEM FOR SMALL-2 THING.

I have faced similar issues ..more then one time..they dont pick cal and if they do they tel that it will come in week and after two weeks also they didnt appear, we are out of feul .There auto distributor too is very rude and does not wait for 5 mins, our maid was at home when they came and he called us .we were just 3-4 mins walk from home..but he took his cylinder walked and didnt even bother to come back.
is there anyone who is looking into there complaints ??

Venkata indane gas agency — booking

Hi,

Whenver we try to book th gas, the phone is always busy for full day. Everytime we need ot go to the agency and book this. There is no proper response to any query. Also we have applied for one more cylinder some 3 months back and till now there is no status update.

venkata sai Gas Agency, Madhapur — Extremely bad service

My consumer no. is 148004. I have been trying to get in touch with these guys for almost 4 weeks and no one lifts the phone calls. The no.'s suggested are constantly busy or they do not reply.

Pl. look into this matter.

I am unable to book gas in VenkataSai Gas agency. Their phone services are perpetually busy (I've tried both numbers). They also don't have the internet/phone booking facility.
