This is to bring into your kind notice that I, Jitendra Singh Shekhawat having
P.F A/c No RJ/16248/65 had worked in Indiabull Retail Pvt Ltd, Apex Mall, Tonk
Road, Jaipur with Emp Code No 501392 for the period from feb 2006 to Aug 2008.

I wanted to withdraw my PF.Since your Jaipur branch had already been closed.You
are requested kindly advice me where I need to submit my PF Claim.
