[Resolved]  India Infoline Broker (Reliance Life Insurance) — Mislead of Reliance life Insurance Policy

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchased policy of Reliance Money Multiplier plan in the month of May, 2011. It was mislead that the policy is for 5 years and having lots of benefits. I have trusted that person (Mr. Vishal Choudhary, Mob: [protected]) and purchased the policy of Rs. 30,000 per year having Rs.15,000 half yearly premium.

As the documents received it was mentioned the the policy is of 10 years instead of 5 years. I complained to the fellow and he explained that it was error in your policy I made attention to concern department. At the same time he ask for second premium of Rs.15,000 to meet him sales target of the month and assure me to give family tour as i helped him to meet his monthly target. Then he asked for the father documents i asked him why my father documents you required as i am the policy holder, He replied me that, as i m bachelor he required father documents to avail me the family tour.I gave him cheque of second premium of Rs. 15,000. But Instead of renewal of my policy he offered new policy of my father name. I was just shocked and complained him why you offered new policy. He said sorry for the inconvinence caused by him. He will immediately change the policy and make necessary corrections. As he told me that he is the person from Reliance Head Office i trust on him and wait for the corrected policy documents. After making lots of conversations with him i couldn't get anything then i went to local branch office and told the person the whole story. He replied me it was fraud with me no person of Vishal Choudhary is working with Reliance Company. Mr. Vishal has fraud with me and wasted all my free look time so policy might not be cancelled. He advise me to complain in customer care and gave him complain letter in written. I did complain and gave letter to local branch also.

After this my second policy fund will be transferred to my policy but the term is still not revised and no body from the customer care gives replied me. I get calls from the sales department, i told him this story and asked for help, someone from the reliance call me and agreed to switch off my policy from Reliance money multiplier plan to ULIP or Traditional plan. I call to local branch for the status of my policy but till today i suffer and not getting any answer.

You are the last hope for me. I have attached the details of Mr. Vishal Chaodhary, he is the broker and licensed by Reliance Life Insurance Company. Now Reliance said the policy is not cancelled but as per the rules of IRDA if complained with in one year of policy and customer is not satisfied the policy can cancelled.

Please give your valuable time and take my matter in to considerations. Please do needful by cancelling of my policy and end of my headache due to this matter. Please do needful.
