Complaint against indiaplaza.in Citibank
This is related to the non delivery and defective delivery of the
items, the order for which was placed in online shopping
indiaplaza.in Online Shopping | Indiaplaza[/url]. I am frustrated
with the item not reaching me and no response given to my
complaints given by them. This complaint is also against Citibank
to have a association or recommending the indiaplaza website for
their customers. Please find below the detailed history for me
getting mentally stressed and been cheated.
Order no. IN1308100322: Item BPL Rechargeable Lightsu Lite 650 - I
placed the order on 13th August 2010. I received the order on 26
August, but the item was broken (crack on front porting). When I
had reported I was asked to send the item back by courier and was
promised to resend the item with out defect. I did that only to
realize that I have not got the item till date. Order no.
221020100129 was created. I had made multiple follow-ups in the
form of tickets but no response what so ever. I am disappointed.
Order no. IN0709100642: Item Ben10 Gun was ordered on 7th September
2010. I recived the order late after a month and I realised that
the item was damaged. I was asked to considered the order to be
canceled and I was told that my money will be refunded. This
happened promply, but the concern here is related to the delay in
delivery and defective item. I would expect indiaplaza to make a
good quality check of the product before sending the same.
Order no. IN0611100196: Item Amkette Flash TV was ordered on 6th
November 2010. The delivery of the item has not happened in spite
of multiple requests. I don't have good response to my complaints.
Hoping to get justice via the consumer court. I would like to get
the items delivered immediately and I expect that I get the
compensation for the mental toucher that I went through.
