Lic of india cheque — Postman demands money for giving posts.

I am himanshu nayak C/O S-2/29, swarn park gali no.3, mangal bazar road new delhi -41. My complant is the postman of my area is not deliver my post at this address without taking money. All time when he bring my post, he demands Rs.50 for each post. If didn't give money, he goes back without giving post on my C/0 add. My office working time is 8am to 7pm. So i cann't available that time when he delivers post. Kindly u plz help me and took good action against postman. Thanks regardas himanshu nayak [protected]

LETTERS MISSING — KEEPING LETTERS OR DESTRYING WITH OUT DELIVERY

WE HAVE FOUND OUT THAT THE POST MAN DELIVERING MAIL IN OUR HOUSE, W2A(R ) 15/9,PHASE IVB, GOLF GREEN, KOLKATA 700095, IS KEEPING OR DESTRYING THE LETTERS. WE HAVE FOUND THAT 6TH AUGUST, 2009 REGISTER LETTER FROM 1 KM AWAY KISHORE GAS WAS NOT DELIVERED AND WE WENT MANY TIME TO KISHORE GAS AND GOLF GREEN POST OFFICE. THEN 21ST AUGUST MY WIFE AGAIN WENT AND ASKED THE POST MAN HE REFUSED THAT HE IS HAVING THE LETTER. WHEN SHE STARTED ARGUING AND FORCED HIM TO CHECK IN FRONT OF HER, WE FOUND THAT THE LETTER REGISTERED POST BY GAS COMPNT IS WITH HIM. SO WE HAVE COLLECTED THE LETTER ON 21ST AUGUST,2009.
I COMPLAINED TO THE POST MASTER, BUT HIS COLLEGUES WERE SUPPORTING HIM. IT IS SHAME ON YOUR SERVICE THAT SINCE THEN WE ARE NOT RECEIBVINBG ANY ELECTRUICITY BILL, OR LETTERS WE HAVE SENT.WE NEED TO SOLVE THIS MATTER AND THIS RECORD IS FOR FURTHER COMPLAIN OR TO FILE COMPENSESSION FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS.ALSO WE HAVE INVESTIGATED TO PROCEED WITH THE POLICE COMPLAIN ON THIS ISSUE , IF WE CANNOT HAVE THE JUSTICE. KINDLY LET US KNOW WHAT ACTION HAVE BEEN TAKEN ON THIS ISSUE , REGARDS, BARUN BHATTACHARYA, W2A(R ) 15/9, PHASE IVB, KOLKATA 70095, WEST BENGAL, INDIA.

India Post — DELAY IN PPF ACCOUNT TRANSFER

I HAD APPLIED FOR TRANSFER OF MY PPF A/C NO 686 HELD AT GWALIOR MORAR HEAD POST OFFICE TO NASHIK HEAD POST OFFICE ON 12 JUNE 2009. HOWEVER, DESPITE A PERIOD OF MORE THAN THREE MONTHS, THE ABOVE ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN TRANSFERRED TILL DATE. NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN LODGED BUT NOTING HAS HAPPENED TILL NOW. A VERY SORRY STATE OF INDIAN POST!

This is nice service postman .iam like postman .

India Post — Late delivery of Hall Ticket for Bank PO Exam

I have applied for banking(PO) exam. The bank posted the hall ticket to me on 1-8-09 at mumbai. The date of exam is 16-8-09. But I have received the hall ticket on 19-8-09. So I am not able to attend the exam.
So please solve my problem.

Can I put a complaint in consumer court, If yes against whom i can put a complaint.

Please tell me.

I Manoj Kumar, live at c/o Bhisham lal vashisth, E-361, Gali No-6, West Vinod Nagar, New Delhi.
I did apply for gas connection in Verma Indan gas connection. Today, Postman came in 10.10 PM for give to my indan gas confirmation letter. He demanded Rs 101/- for my indan gas confirmation letter, But I denied his demand then he told me " mai confirm kar liya hai ki yaha koi manoj kumar nahi rahta hai aur mai letter return karne ja raha hu" and he went. whenever i have net connection and always my net connection bill reach in this address.
Sir/Madam, that time four eye witnesses my wife (Jyoti rani), neighbour (S. Pandey) and Son of House owner and his wife (Yogender vasisth and Miss Vasisth)
I am very discourage your service. I decided that i will do complain for that. if any needed than i will go to consumer court, corruption department, police station, etc.
if your need any certification. i will ready every time

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Name is Rajeev Kumar Ranjan. I would like to say that in our address we never recieved our mails, letters whether registered or unregistered at our home. Our postmaster or postman never deliver our letter to our home, for collection of our letter we have to go to post office. It is also our routine work in such busy time, we have to give time for such kind of silly work.If we will not go to collect our letter to post. Very recently Indian Academy of Sciences, Banglore sent me a book and a certificate regarding my Summer Reserch Fellowship on 15th July 2009 to my home address. When my father inquired about the post, postman said yes, he has received a post, So come to my home and collect your post. When my father went to collect, the post was wet and cover page was partially torn. But since my father doesn't know about the rule, he received the post in that condition on 22nd September. When I have asked about the certificate, he said the post contains only a book not certificate.

I want to complain against him under appropriate law for his negligence.

India Post — Speed Post Poor Service

Hello Sir,

On 13th oct 2009 i booked an consignment from Thakurpukur Branch of Kolkata circle via consignment no. SPEW32655145IN. Till date it has not reached it destination while it is supposed that max 3-4 days will be taken by it. on the other hand when i try to track it through so calle don-line tracking system it shows no info regarding the same, not even the boking office and staus. its neither of the costomer call centres helplines are working i tried kolkata circle, howrah SPeed post manager. aso when i visit their post office to get the details they say they cant help without citing ay reason.
what am i supposed to do now.

India Post — not getting the maturity amount

I have Kisan vikas Patra (Sl.No. 94CC 075508 & 94CC 075509 and Registration No. 12044) of Rs.20000/- my wife's name(Kalpana D/o Bhagu Ram) purchased from Jawahar Nagar, Sri Ganga Nagar, Rajasthan dated 05/02/2002.On the maturity of these Kisan Vikas Patra I had deposited on 30/09/2009 along with Photo copy of same and Photo copy of Passport for address proof as asked by In-charge of Post Office, Sector-24, NOIDA .Till now i had not got any maturity amount of these Kisan Vikas Patra or any communication from post office department regarding this.

Kindly expedite this matter.

To Sh B.S.Negi Village - Parsoli, P.O. Parsoli, Via- Dunguri, Distt.- Pauri Garwhal, State- Uttranchal, Pin-246279. but till date the above money order not delevered. This money order distibute other place & wrong person date 18/9/2009.

In this regard a letter going to Post Master Naraina, delhi, on dated 29.09.2009 but nothing is done so far.

Therefore you are requested to work into the matter urgently.

My name is SurjIt Singh. I would like to say that in our address we never recieved our mails, letters whether registered or unregistered at our home. Our postman Mr.Gyan Chand posted at Post office Bhunerheri Tehsil and Distt. Patiala (Punjab) never deliver our letter to our home, Last week my PAN Card came. He handed over my Pan Card to another person and he gave a miss call to me. Suddenly i called back to him, then i know my PAN Card had came. I collected from him, when i rung up to Post man Gyan Chand on [protected] number, he talked very rash and rudely, he said that it's not his responsibility,i[censored] wanted to complaint, you can go my seniors, I have no afraid of anybody. This is the totally his negligence of his duty. If the Govt servant doing like these where the going general public.

I want to complain against him under appropriate law for his negligence. Take the suitable action against him, so nobody face these circumstances.
I want some actions against him ASAP . I am waiting ur Reply

I lives in Chennai and the Post Office near my home deliver mail twice in year (during Diwali and New Year only to beg and collect money) only. Due to this problem, my several insurance policies got lapsed and important documents like share certificates gone back to the sender with a remark "addressee not available". I have personally visited Vettuvankeni Post Office and met Post Master several times but no success. I even posted several letters to myself from Thiruvanmiyur Post Office (5 KM away from my post office) a month ago and even those letters are yet to reach me ! The place I live is not remote areas of Nilgiris but part of Chennai City. The Postal Minister is from Tamilnadu and I hope atleast you look into this matter.

India Post — Broken Mailbox remaining unattended to

One of the two mail boxes, the red coloured one meant for non-Local mails, and made of some material other than iron (the latest variety now in vogue) and just outside the CR PARK Post Office situated in Market No. 4, CR Park, is totally unusable for many days, its top portion having been broken and taken out (a case of pilferage?) thus exposing an open box without any top coverAn e-mail to the Sr. Supdt. Of Post Offices (followed by cc to the CPMG, Delhi Circle) has elicited no reaction and the Post Master himself appearing to be totally oblivious of this.

the behvior of postmaster and others members against the customers is very bad...they didn, t listen always they busy in calling and customers have to weight when we said to do work then he told the answer in very rough voice because of small city no body knows how to complain ...once i went post master to money of mis...then he does very bad behavior with i m very.much angry but i said nothing also in a case of sending speedpost i was happened
i hve to weight for two hours only sending for one speedpost...i m very much sad seeing the condition of this postoffice
