[Resolved]  India Post — complaint against postman

This is to inform u that I am Mohd Shafeq, House No -657A, 3rd Floor, Street No -12, Zakir Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi - 110025

Our postmaster or postman from NFC Post office New Friends colony S.O never deliver our letter to our home. He used to force to give money to deliver our letters and I denied to give money to post man. Now, For collection of letter we have to go to post office.

It is also our routine work in such busy time, wee have to give time for such kind of silly work.If we will not go to collect our letter to post office he will never deliver it.

Speed post EQ[protected]IN and Speed Post EK[protected]IN have been delivered on 18-Sep-2014 and 32-Sep-2014 respectively at post office New Friends colony S.O. But I have not delivered the same till date.

Therefore you are requested to check the proper procedure or talk to the postman from post office New Friends colony S.O. and find out the reason that why is he not doing his job properly.

Hello sir, I have applied post office identity card with the payment of rupees 250/_ on Dec 20th 2014 in tiruvallur post office(head office), still I don't receive my card or any other update. Today (jan 24) I have called[protected] this number, a person pick the receiver and put it on the table and doesn't answer, and I heared "These people don't have any work keep on calling" he saying to his colleague. Kindly do the needful for customer service.

Dear Sir,

My name is Aruna Panchal. We are in deep trouble from our area postman. He never give us any document. i am on job place & every time he force to give my courier to me only I have already give authorsed to collect all my courier to my neighbour & i also inform them but Always he come and ask too many question and return our parcel and letter.

This time we were waiting for our cheque book from BOI, he come but not handover. I ask why he is not giving cheque book so he replied i am new one in your area & i want to see you his name is Mr.R G Patel before his Mr. Chavda also take money from me for delivering post.

This is all started when we refuse to give him money for delivering post.

Earlier we have posted this to indiapost site but they have not taken this into consideration.

Please help us sir, he is doing the same since 1 and half year. We will be highly obliged for your help.

I would like to draw your kind attention on the fact that the postman of our area (Mukhmel Pur, Delhi-110036) is very irregular in his duties. He does not deliver the letters.
People face many difficulties because of his misbehavior. I missed to go in my interview for Govt. Job more then 5 times because He does not deliver My call letters.

Hence I request you to take necessary actions against the Postman/Postmaster so that people may get proper and good services.

I would like to draw your kind attention on the fact that the postman { Mr.Satnam } of my area { Halu Bazar, Bhiwani-Haryana-127021 } is very irregular and rude person. He does not deliver the letters properly. He throws the letters carelessly. He gives my letters to the wrong persons.
Yesterday I got a Postal envelope from my neighbour and it was opened and some of my documents were missing
Regarding this issue when I tried to talk to him, he started misbehaving in his haryanvi language and said-"Bhai mai to nue daluda daak orr aage se to tumare naam ki koi aayi to du bhi koni".Then I asked his named he said-" Satnam h mera naam orr Jaat hu, Ganv (village) h Talu, kite bhi shikayat kr de meri, kime koni hove, tu k meri phansi todega".
Not expected such a kind of behaviour from a govt. employe.There should be a proper lession for this kind of person.

Hence I request you to take necessary actions against the postman so that people may get proper and good services.Kindly update me ASAP.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I reside at 244A, Bikaner House, New Delhi 110011. Yesterday a letter of my partnership firm came via postman Since I was not available home, my husband was there to receive the letter from him. He asked for a document of the firm to see in order to handover the letter. While my husband opened the almirah to search the document the post man left. This man does not have patience to wait for 5 mins?
This is not the first time he has done this. It has been his behavior since long. Sometimes he says I will give the letter to the person whose name it is address to, I understand it is god to handover to the addressee however not all the time he would find addressee at the address. People do go their work, they do go outside home for anything. He should not be rigid to it. We are not the only ones there are many in our colony who are upset with him. I dont know his name, emp. code or number.

I urge you to please look into this matter & have a talk to this man as he is playing with the reputation of the India Post Services.

My name is rahul i want to lodge complaint again postman in my area his name is harider ist he returned a pan card without came at our place with wrong status that door closed though he never came at our place(cctv installed you can check the footage) i was tracking 2nd time so again he refuse to visit and said when i called that come to our office else i will return it when i reached their with all the documents to verify he ask me to go back to my home n he will come around 2 pm ... He came to us finally and asking bribe to handover the pan card and also asking few docs i asked him to wait for 2 min so that i can atrange required doc but he refuse to wait n misbehaved with us. i requested him but he was not in mood to listen me n threatning me not to deliver my further posts...i manage to get my pan card from him without paying but he threatened me agn not to deliver any post belongs to my address... I request you to look in to it.

Hello,

I want to compliant against the Post Master of V.N Marge Post offices Lashkar Gwalior-474001 (M.P). We have been facing issue from long time due to misbehavior and not proper work with customer. They are always busy but work for customer totally zero. Talking ways is very rough and totally bad with senior citizen and other customer as well. Customer visit many time for single work because always say come tomorrow or time over or no withdraw forms and go to BADA post offices.

My mother is handicapped and she has to visit many time for withdraw MIS amount because they always say come tomorrow instead of reach with the time. Why should visit again and again and face misbehavior from that officer? No one there to look into they are doing whatever they want
With customer completely monopoly there is no roll for these kinds of offices. Could you please anyone can help and guides them to work in right way with good behave with customer (especially senior citizen). Please do needful for my requested help.

a letter of tracking no-et[protected]in. delivered at S.O-sohna-122103-on 6-feb. but not at my house, which mentioned on this letter.
