India Post — No reching of Document

Dear Sir,

I have sent my application form for Graduation Entrance Exam in DDU University Gorakhpur. I have been speed post it on[protected] with speed post no- EU[protected]IN. But it was not received at university office. And due to this i will not appear in exam.
