[Resolved]  India Post — Non receipt of registered parcel.

hi i m Arun gupta from jammu . I have sent a registered parcel to one of my friend residing at Philippines namely’s ( Cheryl Lim Rina, Barangay San Juan Hilongos , Leyte Zip code 6524 Philippines) vide registered postal receipt no. fan-AIR-RP B 938 dt 15/11/2010. but till date the same parcel was neither delivered on the address nor the parcel was returned on sender address .
Keeping in view the above fact it is requested to kindly look into the matter by tracking out the same parcel. its already one and a half month but no responce from post office pls let me know where is my parcel my E mail address is lovearun.[protected]@gmail.com my contact number is [protected]
