[Resolved]  India Post (Kolkata Gpo) — Delay in speed post service

SBI bank had sent a document of my ATM card before 90 days from SBI bank Exhibition Road, Abdul hai complex, first floor, 800001 on my address Ranjan Kumar S/o Sri Ram lakhan Prasad Vill+P.O.- Bishunpur Pakari, P.S.-Phulwari Shariff.Dis- Patna, . whose tracking no. is Ey[protected]IN dated 11/06/09. But i have not yet receive my ATM card .So request you to kindly inform me regarding my speed post.
Its very important for me.

I have not recieved my pan card which was posted on 8th october 2009, with despatch code ET[protected]IN . but still it is not delivered .

please rectify my problem

I have applied for my passport through B. Garden post office (Howrah) vide article no. EW[protected]IN dated 8/10/09 and my mother in law applied from same post office vide article no. EW[protected]IN dated 16/10/09. Through e-tracking it was shown that after receiving at Kolkata GPO, documents were not delivered. As my passport is urgently required, I have sent several mails to [protected]@indiapost.gov.in. But no reply received till date. Also I have tried on phone no. [protected] but it was not picked up. request you to please give the delivery feedback at the earliest.

Just I want to know whether any document delivered to the registrar, Debt Recovery Tribunal no.2, 15n Nelei Sengupta Sarani(IV Floor), Kolkata-700 087 from Under Secretary(SA), Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar in between 09/11/09 to 23/11/09 as I enquired, the said document related to the undersigned.

I want to know the way to find out the bar code no. against the registration no. as published in the status page of Indian Passport web site to trace that missing speed post.

Dear Sir,

i was having one mis account no 55260 with bishnupur post office which has first name as mine & 2nd name was of my husband Arun Kumar Shraff for rs 50000/ & the due date was 16/3/2010. I hv sent the letter thru massenger authorizing to collect the cheque for the principal amount + interest + 10 % matured incentive on 15/3/10.
For this what i hv faced i give below detail ---
1) First few days it is informed that the post master is not there thus the payment cannot be made.Finally the cheque is issued on 25/3 . Pl adv why they hv not paid the interest for delayed period.
2) Then the cheque is issued in the 2 nd name of my husband even after giving in writing n requested over phone that the 1 st name is ranjana shraff then how the cheque can be issued in my husbands name. --- further for infomation in last 2/3 months few more mis of mine is matured where it is issued in my name only.

Pl adv if the payment to be made is depend on the post masters wise as what ever he wants he can do.
I am telling this as because i hv more deposites with them n i feel every time he will do the same.

I hv all proof for this n if i am adv where to send then i can send the same.

I request this type of things must be stopped n adv if i make a legal complain that the cheque is not issued in my name then who will be responsible.

I need yr immediate action so that he donot repeat the same with me.

My mother's passport has been despatched by the passport office on 21.04.2010 through speed post registration no. SP001418. She has not received it yet. I was trying to track it against the registration no. as published in the status page of Indian Passport web site to trace that speed post, but was not being able to do it.
Could you please let me know that easiest way to track it.

Dear Sir,
I submitted my NSS'87 passbook, A/C No 5101669at Ballygunge Posoffice to get it transferred from
Garia P.O.Kolkata-700019 to Ballygunge P.O.Kolkata-700084 on 20/11/09. But till date the said A/C has not been transferred.On enquiry, the postmaster, Garia P.O. told me that he did not get any intimation to
transfer the said A/C.
I may request you to kindly trace my passbook & arrange to transfer the A/C
to Ballygunge P.OKol-19 from GariaP.O. kOL-84 atthe earliest, as already 8 months passed since I submitted
the documents for transfer at Ballygunge P.O.Moreover, I am in great agony fearing the loss of this large some of money.

Indian Post and telegraph department should be sold out to private parties. It is burden for the government to feed such big elephants those who are destroying the future of the people. They do not have any accountability towards delivery of letters to public.There are separate ministry for India post. There are Chief PMG and so on but what are they doing without monitoring the public grievances for delayed delivery or non delivery? They should sketch a guideline that in case of non delivery or delayed delivery what to do ?

I have not yet received my GRE and TOEFL Score Report mailed by ETS on 15th July 2010 again on 7th September and 24 Sep.2010 to the Address :

It has not been received till now which brings the question of lack of accountability on the part of INDIA POST.
