[Resolved]  India Post — Inordinate delay in delivery of Parcel

Dear Sir,

I am an Indian student pursuing B.S(Mech.Engg) in USA. I had booked some of international edition books over internet with book store in Delhi asked the to deliver the same in my parent's address(undernoted) so that I can study during my visit to Kolkata and bring them back to USA.

Kolkata-700104.Book store informed me that books have been sent to the stated address vide Registared Parcel(RPKTA 8604) on 26 November 2011.I have enquired with Joka Post office ,they have not yet recieved the parcel.As I will be going back to USA soon,I request some expeditious action by postal authorities
