Non delivery of important documents
I sent a very important document by speed post to Purdue University, USA on 23/04/2008 from Silchar Post office (Pin: 788 001). Unfortunately however, the document has not been delivered till 06.05.2008 (as per the confirmation received from
the university). It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately?

i sent a parcel with my important document that is orginal doc to fillup the form to ASSAM dibruguah on 13/01/2010 but still my realtives havnt recvied it now the last date to fillup the form is 20/01/2010 now tell me what shall i do and even i losted that recept of speedpost please do some thing or guide

I sent a very important document by speed post to California state University, Long beach, USA on 10/12/2009 from Nagarbhavi Post office, Bangalore, karnataka (Pin: 560 072). Unfortunately the document has not been delivered till 19.01.2010 (as per the confirmation received from
the university).I have also contacted the local poast office and the authorities in Bangalore speed post inquiry. It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately?And kindly reply to this complaint.This is the third time i am submitting.I request the authorities to reply mails on regular basis.

i have found ridiculous service of indian speed post because i have sent draft of 39203 Rs.to dell pvt ltd at gurgaon on 15th January 2010 but still its date of 21st jan. 2010 it is not received there so should i go for any necessary legal steps?

I sent important documents ( SP num-EK305554472IN) for the issue of my duplicate Marks Statement to Secretary CBSE Regional office Chennai 600040, from Udaya nagar, Baglur cross Air Force Station Yelahaka Bangalore 560063 on 18/07/2008 at 11:51. I checked it it with the Regional office on 20/07/2008 and found that none of my documents were received yet... i am also not getting proper response from both the GPOs.I request you to help me for the above mentioned. i will be very much thankful to you... please dont ignore this or else i will be in a great trouble...

the speedpost tracking system is a sham.there is no accountability held by the department .they misplace important document, give no track details.have been running pillar to post for last 3 months, to no avail. PEOPLE, S LIVES ARE TURNED UPSIDE DOWN...BUT THE POSTAL DEPARTMENT IS A SET OF INDIFFERNT BABUS FEEDING ON TAXPAYERS MONEY.

Note:- please forward this message to some higher authority, if you cannot take any step. And you can skip the below message.
This is regarding lost of the item in the speed post.
I have mailed a gift to my sister, residing at Banasthali Vidhyapeeth, near TONk.Speed postNo:- EM301653364IN.The pack consists of Greeting, Pen Set and a costly Deodrant.The post has been delivered successfully at her hostel, but the packet was torn and there was no deo bottle inside it.
This is not the first instance where the articles are lost in between. i don't know who should be blamed in such an issue.
This is one of the reason why Indian post is losing its grip in the market and everyone started relying on private courier companies.
Now i don't know whether I should ask for compensation or sit quielty, same as what others did in this complaint box.
The lost item was not that costly for me, but from now I will be "Another" customer who will loose his faith on Indian Post.
Just a sincere request, neither the Head nor the postman is gonna be rich by such Burglaries, it would be nice if the system becomes more trustworthy.
