Non delivery of important documents
I sent a very important document by speed post to Purdue University, USA on 23/04/2008 from Silchar Post office (Pin: 788 001). Unfortunately however, the document has not been delivered till 06.05.2008 (as per the confirmation received from
the university). It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately?

As enquired to speed post Shimla & Pune it has been delivered on 25/02/11 but as per addressee not received till date ie 08/03/11. I have sent important documents of my Office vide speed post no ED199327247IN on 16th March 2011.
When i approached the post master at G.P.O Delhi-110013, i was given a vague reply to contact non existing telephone number i.e. 1256.
Till today i have come to know that DAK is not delivered at the given address.
Please look into this matter and take appropriate action on the same.

we have sent one parcel through speed post from your mumbai north east office mehul n hajariwala, ankleshwar-393 001 gujarat .receipt no.-EA687954163IN DATE 19-03-2011 .this parcel not received 04-04-2011. i inquire in ur local ankleshwar post office but no any answer me day to day . i cheak my parcel on internet then i see my parcel is come ankleshwar post office 02-04-2011 time- 15 :17. ur office return my parcel same day 15 :31 . no any postman was come on parcel address . i am upset & confirm this happend indian goverment orgnaisation firm. no any answer no any tenson your post is very third class this is speed post
But I still not get any clear information whether it reached to the person or not.

I sent a quotation from Delhi to Rishikesh on 30/03/11 via speed post which is very urgent and that is not received upto till date( 07/04/11) due this mistake i lost the order.
I wanted somebody take action against the Indian Post and Govt should give this department into private hands.

Ihave posted an appeal to Chief information Commissioner, 301-A August Kranti Bhawan, Central Information Commission New Delhi-110066 vide speed post no: EV 122641511 IN dated07-03-2011 P.O. Majra, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Till today i.e. 08-04-2011, the websit- India Post speed post tracking is not showing delivery details. From this it is apprehended that the article has not been delivered till date.

I sent a very important document by speed post vide speed Post No. is ED966973182IN to my daughter Divya at Kotivakkam, Chennai ( PIN 600041) on 22/04/2011 from Safdar Jung Post office (Pin: 110003 ). Unfortunately however, the document has not been delivered till 26.04.2011 (as per the confirmation received from my daughter). but is shown the it has been earlier delivered on 24.04.2011. I have sent the parcel on 09th of April and on the website it was showing that the article was delivered on 13th of April and the another parcel on 14th and was delivered on 19th of april and now the parcel of 14th of april was returned as the receivere refused to accept and on the website it was showing that the article is delivered and the 1st parcel is delivered but form the parcel the product is lost and the empty parcel was delivered to the receiver. The product is about 19000 inian rupees and they dont have any responsibility of deliverey. Now friends please suggest me what to do in this case.

sir !my father sent a speed post article no EU008990442IN from IZZATNAGAR (243122) TO CANARA BANK, JAITHARA pin 207249 distt ETAH on 06/06/2011.
aaj 20/06/2011 tak nahi pahucha.
