Non delivery of important documents
I sent a very important document by speed post to Purdue University, USA on 23/04/2008 from Silchar Post office (Pin: 788 001). Unfortunately however, the document has not been delivered till 06.05.2008 (as per the confirmation received from
the university). It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately?

I was send my urgent and important documents by speed post on 17.2.2012 no is ER127184773IN. Regarding civil court documents to my Advocate, but till now that documents has not delivered to concerning Mr. Madhu kant Jha, Advocate, Civil court, Katihar, Bihar, 854105
So we have no believe to Indian postal, why guys are do believe to Indian Postal. I was send on 17 Fab 2012 but there is no result. Now what i do that was my original documents. I have no more duplicate.
So pl find and deliver my documents. other wise i can go legal.

I sent an important document to Ministry of Shipping (Under Secretary)on 05/03/2012 from Haldia Oil Refinery Post office.The consignment no. is EW 806509204IN & EW 806509218IN. I checked it with the Ministry office receive despatch section that the consignment has not yet been delivered.It is highly possible that the consignment in speed post is wrongly delivered .Kindly look into the matter or feed back on 9434064873.

I have sent the document to UK on 10th may 2012, today 31st may 2012 but till now it doesn't reach the destination, i can able to see online only it reached the UK on 24th may . I think the post man dont have time to deliver it in gurnesy or shall i sent the person from India to collect that document and make handover it to the correct address . we are paying money you people are not doing for a free of cost . if i paid more than just 10% on the private concern they may delivered within 6th day of the registration . At least tell me can you able to deliver it or not otherwise return it to me with my money .

Higher officials should take necessary action against item loss / missing.
I faced similar issue 1 month back.
I checked with customer care and they told I need to submit letter to postmaster. Then I did the same. But till date no response.
I lost my valuable and if they are responding, they may give the speed post charge. Its really worst. This may encourage delivery boys to make the item hidden.

I had sent a "Registered" Packet to "SOS Children's Village", Nadathara S.O-PIN:680751, on 16.08.2012, (vide Receipt No.A RL 738746480 IN (Counter No.1, OP-Code:CHA), of the "Kannur Head Post Office".
I have, of course, now received back the "Acknowledgement Card" in token of Delivery/Receipt of the article by the addressee. But unfortunately the Card was not signed by anybody! I wonder why there was no an "Authorized Officer" to receive that parcel! And I am also surprised how the Postman there could deliver the packet without any body's signature there on!
Who will confirm the "prompt" delivery?!

this is the tracking number from the shipper from the US. On tracking it shows "being verified by indian customs. since 24/11/12. there is no intimation regarding what to do or whom to contact.

My name is vadivel, I’m already booked complaint on you for i'm not receive my passport at proper date, why this problem comes means the passport office
didn't mention proper address so that only reason for i didn't receive the passport at proper time, but 29/11/12 i received my passport through local postman, he helped me nearly 6 days he searched me address is not proper so he can’t finding me then after he gave the passport at 29/11/12.
this problem is not postoffice or postman problem this problem done by passport office, so i'm extremely sorry for giving complaint
