the speedpost tracking system is a sham.there is no accountability held by the department .they misplace important document, give no track details.have been running pillar to post for last 3 months, to no avail. PEOPLE, S LIVES ARE TURNED UPSIDE DOWN...BUT THE POSTAL DEPARTMENT IS A SET OF INDIFFERNT BABUS FEEDING ON TAXPAYERS MONEY.

Non delivery of speed post article booked on 27/03/2010 thus vide receipt no. EU[protected]IN from Bareilly to Aligarh.

My ComplaintNumber is [protected] with web based customer grievance handling system of India post.
2 months back I have sent a registered docs consisting of very important origianl docs to the London / Great Britain,but till date it has not yet been delivered,i have made several complain by writing to the Post Office of Origin but to no avail.

EP014309358IN — lost speed post!!!!

My father booked a very important document per speed post to france with tracking number EP[protected]IN that was booked on 12.04.2010.Unfortunately the document has not been deliverd till date 21.04.2010!
there is no information where it has disappeared? if there was a wrong address etc?There is no reason no information to be discovered when I try to track it online also.... it tells only that the post has arrived in foreign office on 15.04,2010.
Are the people on other side suppose to know already if they must go and pick up the post personally??? What kind of service you have opened, is it some self service?Could you through more light what has happened to our post? I need it really urgently!

Indian Speed Post — non received of important documents

Dear sir,

I have not recieved a very important document sent by my brother from Muzaffarpur, Bihar, although on internet tracking system it is showing delivered. I called at 10 times to the custember care service but they have not done anything so far and finally said to complain from the place where from it has been sent. I do not understand why? Tracking code of my post is SDEF[protected]. Please help me.

This is regarding lost of the item in the speed post.
I have mailed a gift to my sister, residing at Banasthali Vidhyapeeth, near TONk.Speed postNo:- EM[protected]IN.The pack consists of Greeting, Pen Set and a costly Deodrant.The post has been delivered successfully at her hostel, but the packet was torn and there was no deo bottle inside it.

This is not the first instance where the articles are lost in between. i don't know who should be blamed in such an issue.
This is one of the reason why Indian post is losing its grip in the market and everyone started relying on private courier companies.
Now i don't know whether I should ask for compensation or sit quielty, same as what others did in this complaint box.
The lost item was not that costly for me, but from now I will be "Another" customer who will loose his faith on Indian Post.

Just a sincere request, neither the Head nor the postman is gonna be rich by such Burglaries, it would be nice if the system becomes more trustworthy.

i does not recd 30 apr speed post letter.post man return back due to lock the door. but the door is open morning 7 o clock to 10 pm. three family lives in my house.
speed post ref no. eq[protected]in.this is very bad by wijbasan post man.kindly look the matter.
somepost man are not working his duty properly.

I am kashif mojahid s/o :mojahid naukhez, H no 15, ghaus nagar, chas, bokaro(jharkhand) 827013. i have sent a very important document from ram mandir(bokaro) post office on 30/04/10 to :tariq mojahid, 166 sajan nagar, navlakha, indore (mp) 452001 through speed post.

Till 12/05/10 the article is undelivered and untraceble and By tracking article no.EE[protected]IN on dated[protected] I am not getting any information regarding despatch or movement of this article. Even i went to the indore GPO but i didnt got any information regarding that mail. they asked me to put up a complain in bokaro.

Since the document is very much important and I cant afford it to be misplaced so please take appropriate action and inform me about my mail as soon as possible

Speed Post India post — Speed post with replacement camera

I had booked a consignment through your speedpost on 25/5/2010 from lucknow to Ahmedabad but it has not yet reached the destination whereas I was told that it would reach one day after the booking.

Please check and revert as soon as possible as it was very important and I cannot afford it to be late any more.

Respected Sir,

Most respectfully it is submitted that, I am a member of Border Security Force, while posted at Indo Bangladesh Border at Roshanbagh, Murshidabad opened an Saving Account No.1196552 and RD account No. 84824 at Post Office Roshanbagh, Murshidabad, West Bengal .

While I posted out from that place I applied to Post Master, Roshanbagh for transfer both the SB and RD account to my home post office at Post office Chandrapuri, Dist. Rudraprayag, State. Uttarakhand. The acknowledgement slip dtd 19/11/08 of both the account attached herewith for your ready reference.

Since there is a laps of two year both the accounts has not yet been transferred to my home post office. In this regard I had already approached, Post Master Roshanbagh, Post Master Chandrapuri but in vain. Post Master Roshanbagh issued another acknowledgement of SB account on 27/1/10. But till date the account has not been transferred.

Regarding my RD account I had deposited my monthly amount upto Apr 2009 at Post Office Roshanbagh in advance before applied for transfer of the account but after that I am unable to deposit the monthly subscription as the account not yet been transferred to the post office Chandrapuri.

I have also lodge complain through Web based complain lodge system of India Post for my RD account vide complain No.[protected] but the site shows the matter is still pending. Complain of SB account has not been lodged due to non availability CCC.

I am very sorry for the service of India Post and urged you to take personal attention on the matter so that these accounts may be transferred to post office chandrapuri in time and I can continue both of my accounts. Please acknowledge me imdtly or otherwise .
