Non delivery of important documents
I sent a very important document by speed post to Purdue University, USA on 23/04/2008 from Silchar Post office (Pin: 788 001). Unfortunately however, the document has not been delivered till 06.05.2008 (as per the confirmation received from
the university). It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately?

A speed post containing important document was send to me by Mr. Tanya Goel, Janakpuri, Delhi on 31/12/2008 numbered RLC7882890243IN . But till date I have not received the mail . The speed post tracking system was unable to track.

I have send my policy documents through EI029386775IN to Indore to Mrs. Metilda Stanley
Sr. Vice President Operations HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co. Ltd.Branch Office HDFC, SL Indore SS Road, Ist Floor, 19/1 Sneh nagar, Sangeeta Sapna Main Road, Above bank of Baroda, INDORE Pin-452007. The documents are not received by the HDFC till now. Net Tracking shows that the policy is deleverd on 17th Dec08 but still office beares are not in a position to say about it to whome the post deliver.

INDIA POST SPEED POST is most worst department of all time. There name should be INDIA SLOWEST POST. Because of there carelessness the corrier business is developing faster.

I dr krishnan k had delivered an important document to anita pandit, yatra online private limited; gargoan;haryana from burla post office, sambalpur; orrisa on 27.1.09. it has not yet reached till 9 days . It is so pathetic and shameful to postal department to have such lazy staffs.it not the 1st time that is why iam complainting to you. you didn't know how inconvinient it happens to me. and also the behaviour of lady staff in burla post office is so aweful. i hope you will do necessary action .

I have sent letter through speed post from Hinjewadi post office, pune to Ms Shabnam Singh, C/O- Ravindra Kumar Chand, Shivaji Colony, Near-SBI Main Branch, Purnea-854301.
But they did'nt got the same. Kindly look into the matter & do the needful for the same.

AMBATTUR CHENNAI - 600098, TAMIL NADU which content important sample materials and documents and this was posted on 22.01.09 and the tracking No. given was SPEWO12509436IN. Since this was very important for our business it is very important that it should reach the Consignee at the earliest.
