[Resolved]  India Post Speed Post — Non delivery of important documents

Dear Sir,

I have got a important document i.e., my Convocation certificate had come through speed post, at that time no one were in the house.

So i did not get my certificate, what shall i do.

I did through DDE, so its difficult to trace also. Please suggest me what to do further.. Speed post had come on 5th march 2009.

Speed Post — ITEM MISPLACED

I Sgt M Vaseem, Air Force Station Hindan, Ghaziabad had made a parcel to ABB KING PRO, MUMBAI on 20 Oct 08 parcel no A686.The parcel is not delivered yet, when i have made a written complain to MOHAN NAGAR Post office, they hav given me a com. no.164/08 dt 24 Nov 08.After few days when I have made a inquiry about my complain they have told me to contact their cost.care.I have make a call to cust care they hav given me a comp no i.e[protected] dt 10 dec 08.I had make several times call about my parcel but at last they had told me that you have given a wrong Ref no, you hav to comp again in written.I had made a written comp to DO post office also but he had also not help me.The parcel has a cost value of Rs 6000/ approx. Till today also i dont know where my parcel had gone.Pl assist me.

The speed post booked on 4th-Mar-2009 with booking no: EN[protected]IN is not yet delivered.

I have given a email complaint to [protected]@indiapost.gov.in but no reply till now.

Gave a written complaint at the booking post office..Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad.

I regret to inform that the aforesaid speed post letter, though very urgent, has not reached till date to the Addresee.
