I have booked very important document from patna (bihar) to n.delhi (khanpur) on 5/5/2009, its consignment no is spff[protected], i have try many time to talk your speed post manager regarding this matter but not success, as u know today many courier available in market, but I have trusted on your service, it’s very very important document for me,
So please help me

One document containing Cheque was sent by LIC Of India from pune at 401, mangalam society, adarsh colony road no 4, airport road, vidyanagar, pune 411015 by speed post vide docket no EM[protected]IN dtd 17.03.09, but till date nothing has been deliverd to me nor the document has been returned back to LIC of India . Please look into the matter & do the needfull

Document — non delivery- hesitate to delivery

sir,

We supposed to get claim letter and amount from Star Health and Allied Insurance fform Chennai to
Patient Mrs, Malliga., main road, paruthikkudi, kumbakonam

Since the letter has been sent by Star health, the address located only 8 km from Kumbakonam
it was not delievered and informed via mobile that they could not able to delievery it.

When we visited and asked Kumbakonam proffessional courier office, they keep on telling only the area delievery boy can give the letter.

later 15 th of May we asked, they simply said, it has been returned to sender,

so far they booked the letter, and get amount, they hesitate the deliever it more over they returned
it with out any sense of service and important of the document,

After so many e mail sent to speed post (spc.[protected]@indiapost.gov.in, [protected]@rediffmail.com,
[protected]@indiapost.gov.in), I did not get any reply mail .

Now status is updated but I not getting why this consignement (EW[protected]IN) has not been delivered and wriiten as undelivered . Can you please let me know where its now and who is sender and how I can get it

Sir, i sent important documents via speed post to Tyndale Seminary, toronto, Canada on 1st of May 2009, i was told that the documents would reach the college within a week maximum, but now the college has informed me that it is not delivered yet, these are very important documents, please look into the matter ASAP, thankyou - the SP no of the document is ED[protected]N.

please see to it that the documents are delivered, i spent extra for speed post, even if it reaches now, i am still being cheated for what i was made to pay for a fast delivery, it has already been more than two weeks, i could have easily chosen a normal, or registered post, it i wanted such a late delivery, now all i am asking is that the documents be safe and delivered.

Railways — Non Delevery of important documents

In connection with the contract matters, an important letters to the contractor were not delevered to the contractor. This has developed problems in dealing with the contract.

Important documents having significant information pertaining to my education in Canada were sent from BFUHS through registered post on 28 April. The documents have not reached as yet (today 7 june) and my admission to the university in canada will

I sent important document with MBA form for submission from Gurgaon(Post office), Haryana(122001) on 20th April.09 at 11.18am. to admission Office, Global Open University, New Delhi.
I check it with the institute but they havent received any document till now from my name.

As i tracked with the SP no.(EH[protected]IN), but there is no detail comeout.

Kindly llok into the matter & send the details to me for the same. so i can forwarded the same to the institute.

i didn't recive any post to my address, my address is correct but i'm getting the problem...
i asked to postmaster of Bahubali, cant but they had told me he can't do anything regard this problem
now i have a last option to submit my complain to costomer court...or plz mail me the mail Id of head of the department(indian post) * And also i not recieved imp documentEM[protected]IN yet.about that i suffered big loss.

i have done the speed post on dated 4-6-2009 from rajajipuram lucknow post office .
i had sen a envalop to noida from lucknow no. of recit iss EU[protected]IN . on today on dated[protected] the post is not delevered yet asking on the counter of rajajipuram post office there is no responce

Sub: Complaint against wrong entry/ mistake by some of your staff.


We would like to bring the following factors to your kind notice:

• No need to mention that NYAYABHOOMI, B-24, Vikram Nagar, Feroz Shah Kotla, New Delhi, sends its all mail through Speed Post which contains important documents. Our staff frequently visit to your post office in this regard located at ITO. There were certain employees at the window (do not know their name but do remember their description) who were extremely rude and did not want to help our staff at all. While preparing the receipt of the parcels our staff noticed that the sender’s as well as addressee’s name he was entering in the receipt was wrong. Our person even requested them to make the correct entries of the sender’s name, addressee, etc, on the receipt being issued by the post office against respective packets but they flatly refused to take a note of his request & correct the mistake. THIS IS A SERIOUS FAULT OF YOUR STAFF which can compel us to take necessary action from our end, including RTI. In the past also your staff often told our person that he do not have time to entertain our problems. (We can provide you the sample of the wrong receiptsisued by your staff, if desired).

• We have been experiencing the lapses from your end on some instances in the past too, which aggravated us to write this complaint. Mistake in mentioning wrong addressee, as well as sender’s name on the speed post slips can cause very much legal implications, inconvenience, as well as resulting in huge loss of money & time. We further would like to inform you that all our speed post parcels contain very important legal documents pertain to important Government Authorities and seek your explanation on failure of taking serious note on our request.

You are also requested to take necessary action against the concerned staff of your Post Office. The citizens of India have a lot of faith in your department and we do believe that this would not happen again in future.
