Non delivery of important documents
I sent a very important document by speed post to Purdue University, USA on 23/04/2008 from Silchar Post office (Pin: 788 001). Unfortunately however, the document has not been delivered till 06.05.2008 (as per the confirmation received from
the university). It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately?

Sir, I had sent a very important document to germany via Indian speed post From R. K. Nagar, Khar 10 days ago and i have no tracking details of my packet and neither do the people in the customer service lift the phone. I have contacted the German customer service and found that no such post has entered Germany yet. I kindly request the concerned ppl to take action as soon as possible

EI004941667IN supposed to deliverd to Ms. Manaswini Jena, at Bhubaneswar ( details address is written on the letter itself) not yet reached the destination after seven days passed.The speed post tracking system is showing the following details, in which I am unable to understand on 11 th Sept.once the article bagged from Bhopal to Bhubaneswar why it is again showing on 14 th Sept. from Chattarpur to Bhopal & finally what is 13 th Feb 2009 adelivered to Jabalpur. I can understand the article covered the route from (8 th-11th) Sept. but what is the confusion lastly made.
Kindly check the details & revert me also ensure the iarticle delivered to the proper person.

I sent a courier through Speed Post on 7th of october2009 and it didn't reach its destination. I couldn't know what the actual problem is . It's destination is Ramanthpur, Hyderabad. The post office personal are not responding properly. Please look into the matter. SP EN550536055IN

I am counselor working in private hospital, i like to share a grivence that S.N.RAJENDREN(Delivery supervisor) from Head post office, Ambattur, Chennai-53, Tamilnadu.
I droped my M.Sc mark list(original) in post box while droping the UGC-NET EXAMAINATION(Dec2009) application in head post office yesterday(02.11.2009), Ambattur, chennai for which i went today(03.11.2009) with requestion form to get that original,
This S.N. Rajendren does not have basic manners to receive a grivence, he behaving like an abnormal person and using a verbal (abuse)harresment on me. I was shocked hear this slugish words and started to scold me in on caste basis, i dont know the words to explain him.he has to be suspended or action againt for his indecent mannerism.
iam also an RD holder from Ambattur H.O for past 2 years, i am going to cancel this next month(Dec 2009, first week surely) because of his arrogent behavior.This mannerism wil lose many customers, iam sorry to say this, kindly take some action or a warning that deal softly with customers.
