Speed post no EM[protected] IN was posted on date 18.02.2012 from Mumbai to Uttar Pradesh, but not delivered till today after passing 18 days. There is always problem in filing complaint in www.Indiapost.gov.in . In this web in complaint format 'The nature of complaint format' never opens.
