India Times Shopping — NON RECEIPT OF GIFT OF LAPTOP BAG

With much regret I have to most reluctantly address this issue to you. The fact of the case is as under:

In may 2011 I subscribed to Trends magazine thru indiatimes shopping which promised a gift of free laptop leather bag from hidensign vide order no[protected].

As the free gift normaly takes 2 or 3 months I waited till august 2011. Thereafter I started following up telephonicaly and every time I was informed that it will be delivered to me in one month's time.

However no delivery was received till nov end. Hence I emailed them on 4th Dec 2011 from my husband email [protected]@indiatimes.com as well as followed up on phone. Each week I was assured delivery within 4 working days.Several times I have been told that the gift is despatched to me by courier and please remain at home and when THECOURIER CO DETAILS AND AWB WAS ASKED THEY REFUSE TO GIVE THE SAME

Dec passed by and on 9th Jan2011 I wrote to them ie Indiatimes shopping, crm dept of times group and ceo of benett coleman & Co. Next day I received a call from indiatimes shopping that my issue will be resolved within 4 working days and now todayis 16th and still no response from them. I have sent emails to [protected]@indiatimes.co.in and crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com and no response.

hence i am compelled to write to you as it is my right to get the laptopbag
