India Times Shopping — Non Refund of Deposit

had placed an Order through netbanking on India Times Shopping ( Consumer care Division Numbers [protected]/[protected]) and subsequently cancelled it. Since they promised to fully refund the deposit within 5/7 days I wrote to them around the 28th October, 2012 that the Refund was not received by me. On the 31st October, 2012 I received a call which informed me that the Refund was credited to my Bank Account on the 22nd October, 2012, which was incorrect and this was told to the person callinig me ( Ramakan) who asked me to send them my Bank Statement for October, 2012. This was done by me on the 31st October, 2012, itself and India Times Shopping raised and issued to me my Complaint number i.e. [protected] and promised action within 24 hours. Since the 31st October, 2012, I have sent them several mails without receiving a reply.Numerous calls have been made to their Customer care Division ( numbers given above) and everytime I am told that the Refund would be made within 4/5 days. Till date no Refund has been received by me and all their promises in this regard have proved to be false and misleading.
