[Resolved]  India Times Shopping — Product not received

Hi ,

I saw the ad in Times of India on Nov 25th for a Philip Home theatre and that to it was offer from Times group Shopping and for the first time I decided to order some thing online just believing that it is from Times Group . When I made enquiry I was told that I will receive the product in 7 days time(i.e on Dec 3rd) and when I subsequently enquired with them on Dec 1st I was told that it will be shipped on Dec 5th and will receive it on Dec 7th and when I enquired with them on Dec 6th they said it was not shipped on DEc 5th and the reason is unknown and the customer care executive informed that they are registering the case internally and also gave a case no and also the incharge person name and the status will be known in 24 hrs.Agian the person incharge called me exactly at the 25th hour and informed me again my case no and said he will again register a complaint for me internally(magnanimously) and still now I don't know (after 14days) the status of my delivery and even the shipment has not happened and know e-mail and no calls from them after the incident. I cannot believe that such a big reputed group like Times will cheat its customers in this way.
