[Resolved]  India Today — Non- Receiving of Order Id.[protected] & Order Id.[protected]

Dear Sir,

I had placed 2 order with bagittoday(India Today group ) for sunglasses and wrist watch respectively .
Order ID is: [protected] dated 11 Jan 2011 and Order ID is: [protected]. dated 20 Jan 2011,
But till date i had not received any of the ordered item even after calling them for umpteen times as well as marking mail to the concerned mail id like [protected]@BagItToday.com,[protected]@bagittoday.com & [protected]@bagittoday.com.

I am 200% sure that it is not going to materlise by the company bcoz it is already been more than 2 months to place the order and more than 45 days have past making followups and the same revert is marked by the company that they are following up with the courier company.

It is such a bad experience for a customer like me to start with, i had made the investment in order that if i got the prompt delivery response from the company, i will make big deal in future also.

If they are right at their end, why i had not received any phone call from the company
