[Resolved]  India View Travel — refund amount not received

Sir ,

I have planned for a tour with INDIA VIEW TRAVEL agency one month before and I transferred Rs 12000 as advance . After few days due to my grandmother's bad health we cancelled the tour and requested them to cancel the train tickets and refund my money after deduction . They have cancelled the tickets ( I checked the PNR status ) but after that they stopped to pick-up my calls and trying to avoid me . Mr. AMIT RAJ lied me that he transferred the amount and mailed me the screen - shot but he was fake and didn't receive my calls or just cut the calls .

I tied to call their land number but one agent just told me that dont disturb me please call Mr. AMIT who just avoiding me .

I am from kolkata and the mobile is the only communication medium for me to talk to them .

Please take some steps so that i can get the money back .
