[Resolved]  Indiaideas.com Private Limited — False claim by this portal for airtel bills

Sir,

Sub: false claim of bill from indiaideas.com private limited

I have never heard of this portal/company indiaideas.com.
This company is claming rs150.88 from my citibank account. the latest being 10th october 2008. also, even citibank is not able to tell from which "airtel number" is this person claiming the amount.

This is reflected as ecs bounce in my account and this has happened 3 times.

Can anyone please help me to get rid of this nonsense portal?
Else, please let me know by any way i can lodge a complaint with concerned authorities.

AIRTEL/VISA BILL PAY — Missing funds

I am having the same kind of problem, i paid my postpaid(airtel) bill on[protected] for month of sep,
but still im getting alerts from airtel reminding me of overdue bill. I paid my bill through VISA BILL PAY in the credit statement its showing as paid. Im clueless whom to complain as airtel customer care people are saying it is not showing in the system, planning to disconnect this connection im asked to pay Rs 2000. please help
IndiaIdeas.com looks completely fake name.

Today i used Airtel Id to pay my Broadband bill and my money didn't reach airtel.instead it went to Indiaideas.com

i am not sure whether this company is real or not.

so i am waiting for the 24 hour buffer period, if the money doesn't go to Airtel, then should be taking some actions against this company...

I have been charged Rs 2690 as payment to IndiaIdeas.com...but later on I found that it was a standing instruction payment to 'Tata Power' that I had authorised. So it seems that Citibank had made the payment to the right merchant, but has reflected it wrongly on the statement...thus confusig hapless cardholders...

The Citibank phone officer with whom I'd spoken has assured that they will check and rectify with the correct merchant name. So no harm done!
Guys, the same happened to me. But on verification I found out that IndiaIdeas.com is a service provider. Normally we issue a mandate of Insurance premium payment from our bank a/c through ECS to Insurance co's. This Insurance company ties up with a third party like (IndiaIdeas.com) to do these transactions on timely basis. These third party co's are registered.

No need to panic, just check out whether you have given any ECS mandate to any company for regularly clearing your payments to avoid delays. Just verify the amount which was debited from your account and match with your ECS mandate given to your insurance co's (or any other co.). If they match then everything is under control.
IndiaIdeas.com is a Legitimitate 3rd party arbitrator between Visa and Telecom operators.

i have deposited Idea bill amount in this firm on Idea website & given payment to this firm but it was not transfer to my idea Mobile bill charging.

I also agree, my citibank account is getting monthly deducted with Rs 600 and above. I have filed a complaint with citibank. If you have ever rechared your mobile using citibank utility bill recharge then this will occur. Citibank has tie-up with ideaideas for recharge of your phone. Citibank provides your account details to indiaideas and they misuse it...
indiaideas.com is a payment gateway. I also got this in my credit card bill. It was written as INDIAIDEAS.COM-MSEB, thats mean MSEB has charged the amount through indiaideas.com. MSEB is Maharastra State Electricity Board. So, please check the text after indiaideas.com in your statement. I think they are not fraud.
Mumbai-based Indiaideas.com / moneyfundas.com is now called billdesk. If you have paid a bill online, this company may be legitimately deducting it from your a/c.

This charge is from JustDial services, There Sales executive who we signed up with also have been fraudulent of not mentioning anything about ECS and we also have similar charge in our citibank account

The sales representatives from JustDial at the time of closing the sales have given falsifying information to us before registering us. They NEVER MENTIONED A SINGLE WORD REGARDING ECS remittance being automatically issued, or 1 year contract period at the time of registration for the services with Just Dial.

ONLY THING We were informed was that JustDial will take 3 months advanced payment for first 3 months in advance and then we have to pay installments every month (after 3 months) if we like the service in first 3 months.

This was clearly told to the executive that we are going to check JustDial’s services for first 3 months (for which the executive of JustDial mentioned that we have to pay advance payment of Rs 4500 which we paid) and if JustDial’s service is good then we will continue with JustDial on monthly basis and if not then will discontinue.

What’s coming as surprise to us is that how a good company like JUSTDIAL has kept calling and sales executives who not only miss-guided companies like us but also provide false information to benefit their monthly sales target and finally the services we had received for first month is the worst i have even seen - 2 bad quality leads in entire month

I strongly recommend not using JustDial but other better services due to there bad sales practice
I have booked two e- railway tickets on 06/03/2010 from Bandra to Surat in Ac (CC) on internet. I have completed mandatry field and the amount debited from my Debit Card, but no ticket is issued. The error is appear on the screen. The amount debited and credited in A/C No.[protected] Indiaideas.com limited.
Kindly help me in respect of getting my ticket.
