Its BillDesk electronically presents consumers with their telephone bills, electricity bills, cell-phone bills, credit card bills, ISP charges, and other bills; and allows them to review bills, choose when and how much to pay, and select bank accounts that they wish to make the payment from. The company was founded in 2000 and is based in Mumbai, India.

my account on 9th OCT ECS is being debited of RS 340 each twice.I dont know this portal.which i have not instructed my bank.I have contacted my bank citi bank customer care .Cam any body help me to locate the site and manage to refund my money.what is this INDIAIDEA.COM.

This post is give a neutral Comment for the above posted complaints.Although i dont intend to the support /deny the complaint against this but i wish to give information about it. IndiaIdeas.com is a company that support online billing transactions for many big online stores.It is not operated under that name Directly though.It operates under the name www.billdesk.com as a franchise i guess.So may be its not indiaideas.com that might bug your money but your respective merchants like vodofone, airtel, IDEACELLULAR . Because most telecom online recharge billing desk like docomo, Citibank credit card bill pay, and even APcpcdl and hyderabad water suppply online bill pay are all powered by billdesk ie; internally IndiaIdeas.com. You can also find www.billdesk.com is registered as IndiaIdeas.com copyrighted 2001.

So when ever you find false deductions made try to find out on whose favor its made - IndiaIdea is only a billing portal. try to investigate on whose favour the billing was made and then proceed accordingly.I never faced this sort of trouble from the credit/ debit card but i have experieced a few throught telecom service providers.

I have paid to my credit card outstanding bill (RS 8015) on 07/02/2013 9.04 am in my citibank saving acount to citibank credit card, and this is my transaction Ref No :[protected] but till now my credit card due amount is displayed in my statement so please help me.and my amount due date is 08/02/2013.and my contact number as below $ as soon as possible .

out of nowhere a transaction of Rs. 1162 has been made from my ICICI bank aacount and its showing payment made to IndiaIdeas.com

Hi All,
There was a debit of Rs.38427 on 5th of March from my CitiBank account. I came to know about this fraud transaction only after looking into my monthly statement saying that the amount was debited for some "PURCHASE" made on indiaideas.com.
I have never ever made any such purchase though.

I have never heard of this portal/company INDIAIDEAS.COM.
This company is claming Rs1218.72 from my Punjab National Bank Account. the latest being 12th August 2013. Also, even Punjab National Bank is not able to tell from which "Airtel Number" is this person claiming the amount.

This is reflected as ECS bounce in my account and this has happened 3 times.

Can anyone please help me to get rid of this nonsense portal?
Else, please let me know by any way I can lodge a complaint with concerned authorities.

I have never heard of this portal/company INDIAIDEAS.COM.I was trying to book a movie ticket on Book My Show website and i got an error that the ticket cannot be booked but the amount got deducted in the name of this fake portal Indiaideas.com.
This company is claming Rs 360 from my Citibank account. The latest being 1st September 2013. Also, even Citibank is not able to tell from which "Airtel Number" is this person claiming the amount.

Can anyone please help me to get rid of this nonsense portal?
Else, please let me know by any way I can lodge a complaint with concerned authorities.

This is a fraud indiaideas.Com. The visa bill pay deducts moiney on your credit card and cheats people. It never reaches merchant . Or it is a joint venture of fooling people by visa, merchant and idiaideas.Com to make people fool
