[Resolved]  IndiaMART Intermesh Limited — bad service and request of refund

i have made the payment in the month of feb-2011 and my catlogue was ready within a weeks time , but the catlogue made was entirely a mess and most of the items was not related to me.
so i raised a complaint regarding the same but one of the officials from your end called me and gave me assurance to rectify it and insisted me to host the catlogue. but after i accepted til now i have called atleast hundred times there was no response for your side. there was atlaeast three reasons they were giving which was 1] the concerned person is not there. or when i call the concerned person he used to tell i am outside i will call later or 3 times they took the appointment and never turned up. so i have decided not to take your service anymore and infact i havent used your service for even a single day.

So i want a complete refund of my money which is Rs -15000.00 and the main reasons being lack of time sense and not attending my complaint for almost 9 months now. and wrong posting of my catlogue in which i dont deal with and also wrong information entered like wrong about us details, spelling mistake in the address, and many other things.

Please do the needful.
