[Resolved] IndiaMart — not refunding my money | |||
To. Consumer forum, I naresh sharma properiter of preeti home packers and movers want to request a complaint against indiamart.com on cheating me and not being upto their words and after this not even rplying my mails,i had also called their tollfree costomer care number but dint got a proper response.They had promised me to give leads from pune to all over india and it will be 7 to8 leads per day but im not getting a single lead from them which is useful for me. They had charged me Rs 16545/- for this. but as it is i am not satisfied with the service i am getting from them i want them to refund me my money. because of indiamart.com i have suffered a lot of losses in my business. i please request u to help me in getting my money back as soon as possible.. thanks. with regards, preeti home packers and movers. Dear Mr.Naresh,
Advertisement is all about the visibility and we should not encountered the company as "lead or enquiry agent".
With Rs.15000/- every portals use to provide visibility which in turn use to generate business for us.
I think Mr.Naresh should utilize the Advertisement Service of Indiamart or any other portals or vendors.

I wud like to tell you that In service Industry there are no commitments its all about providing services. name 1 Service Company In the world which use to refund Money. if you are using service of Airtel braodband of 512 kbps as u know that this never come so you do not ask for refund and not even dare to do so.
Indiamart use to do that that is why u ask which is wrong.
If you are going for Electronic adds then also there is no commitments neither no refund Policies.
So Please use ur money like investment not like u r giving beg anyone.
