1. I, 667484G, Santosh Kumar Paikaray, Flt Engr, retired from Indian Air Force, with effect from 30 June 2000 as Warrant Officer. I served 5 months as WO (minimum requirement was to serve for seven months in the WO rank to earn the pension of that rank) and therefore I got the pension for the rank of JWO. Now as after sixth pay commision it is known that The weitghtage will be given for the five months for the rank of WO also, But my new pension is fixed for the rank of JWO only. Please let me know that If I am eligible for weightage of WO rank for the fixation of my pension, please.
2.The rank written in the PPO book is wrong such as Last rank should be written as Warrant Officer and pensionable rank as per eligibility.But last rank wriiten as WO.Hence new PPO book may be issued to me,

I am retired from Indian Air Force, with effect from 30 June 2003 as Junior Warrant Officer. I served 6 months as JWO (minimum requirement was to serve for seven months in the JWO rank to earn the pension of that rank) and therefore I got the pension for the rank of Sgt. Now as after sixth pay commission it is known that The weightage will be given for the five months for the rank of JWO also, But my new pension is fixed for the rank of Sgt only. Please let me know that if I am eligible for weightage of JWO rank for the fixation of my pension, please.

Have you got your pension of JWO or not?
I have just seen your complaint regarding pension. My case is almost similar to you.
I retired on 30 Jun 2003, after 20 yrs of service, at the time of retirement I was holding the rank of JWO and I served 6 months as JWO before retirement. But still I am getting the pension of Sgt only.
So I request to kindly help me in this regard and send the policy letters or any other information about the eligibility to have the pension.

I am EX AC(ut[protected]N LALIT RAJ under IMB discharged from IAF on 25 Jan 2007. I am getting 50% of medical pension and 50% of service pension as applicable to me as per 5th pay commission, but
I am not getting any benfits of 6th pay commission. Let me know when I will get the revised benifits.

I retired from IAF on 12 july, 2000(A/N) my service no 691484-H Sgt.Rajbir Sharma Elect/Fitter group-X, Diploma Holder .Even i am getting less pension than the non diploma holders.Sir i am not getting the pension since the date of retirement, the slab fixed for diploma holders . WHY??

I have made many written complaints to your esteemed office but sorry to say nothing has been done in this regard from your side.Kindly reply and send all the pending arrears at the earliest .

Retired from Indian Air Force — Pension Issue

I am ex-SGT Shambhu Saran Mishra, my service no is 645336N.
Since March 2011, I am getting rupees 3,314.34/- less credited into my account. Hence Since March 2011 till Sept 2011. I am not getting the correct entitlement. I have sent many emails, couriers and complaints to the bank and all the other concerned departments but they have not done anything.

Sir, I like to draw few lines for revised PPO on revision of Rank. Authority is jointly working for resolve the pending cases as AFRO, AFCAO and Jt JCDA. It has been seen that revised PPO for Upgradation of Rank are taking minimum 10 to 14 months after issuing the PPO on pension entitlement. At present every office/section is provided computer for fast truck job then this case does not take more than six months. I request to my authority to look into the matter on priority for ex-service men benefits.

It is understood that pension in respect of retirees prior to 01.01.2006 in the rank of Sergeant of Gr III & Gr V have adifference of more than Rs.300/- in basic pension where as cadre of Sergeant from Gr. III to Gr. V is treated same in the active service in terms of pay & perks.Kindly clarify as to why such discrimination between the two.

I am Ex-Jwo Kalyan Singh Badech (631108).I have Discharged from service on 31 July 2003, after compleating the 21 years and 25 days I adopt for 40%commutation.I have comleated the 15 years of retirement on 01Aug, 2008 still I didn't get any arears of my increased pension after adding commutation . I would like know what will be my new pension as per present pay commission. and approximate date getting all the arrears.

In 5 pc fitter trade of Indian Air Force salary was fixed at basic Rs.5000 whereas during consideration of 6 pc it is nowhere mentioned and our pay was fixed with other, that matter has not been taken why pls let me know
