How can I get a Duplicate Discharge book Please give detail

I'am Ramesh Chattanathan, Ex-Airman and my Service Number is 658813A.
I joined IAF on 18 Nov 1976 as Weapon Technician and left in Feb 1987.I've lost my discharge book and wish to request for a duplicate Discharge Book.My mail ID is ramesh.[protected]@gmail.com.Kindly let me know the procedure to obtain a Duplicate Discharge.I'am a resident of Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh.

Q 1. I have lost my discharge book. Can I be issued with duplicate discharge book?

Ans. You can be issued with a duplicate discharge book. For this purpose you have to lodge an FIR and forward a copy of the same along with an affidavit stating the circumstances of loss and two copies of joint photograph duly attested by Zila Sainik Board. It should also be mentioned in the affidavit that the original discharge book will be returned to AFRO in case it is found at a later date.

I am retired Air force Person. I lost my discharge book while on travelling. And another thing now I got divorced from my wife. can you suggest how I can apply for discharge book.

I lost my original discharge book from home by theft from Telengana. Now I want to get a duplicate book. TO whom I should write and its e- mail ID so that I can send e- mail for early issue of discharge book..

I am an ex-serviceman retired from Army after 15 yrs and 23 days service and getting a pension as well.

unfortunately, I lost or miss placed my discharge book and would like to know how can I get/apply for duplicate discharge book and to whom I shall contact for the same.
