It is intimated that Corr PPO No. 08/14/B/Corr/76836/2011 Dated 31Jan2012 in original for revision of pension/revised rate of DCRG element was forwarded from A.F.R.O to your office on 23Feb2012. But till date it is not credited to my pension account which is in SBI Branch Bhatni, Deoria, UP.
