Indian Airlines — Wrong Data Online for Frequent Flyer

Hi, I am a Frequent Flyer member of IC and can view the points balance through my log in on their website www.flyingreturns.co.in. The data on this display is FAULTY. When I went to redeem my points at the IC office, they said that the online data is unreliable since merger so the points shown do not exist correctly!! This is the wdebsite of the National Carrier of india and this is the state of affairs. What does one do for misrepresentation now? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I am unable to excess my FF Account inspite of entering the correct FF Number and Password. The dialog box reads as "information provided by you does not match with our records". Please help.
