I have been issued the creditcard P.S.Sridhar creditcard [protected] from your KUKATPALLI hyderabad branch.

I have requested for replacement of the card and the damaged card has been sent to you for replacement through Kukatpalli branch.
I request you to replace the damaged card with a new card and send the same to me at your earliest, since I will leave Hyderabad this week.

Please let me know the present status and the probable date that I can receive the new card.
