[Resolved] Indian Bank — Customer Service | |||
Dear sir, Today, Saturday (22/12/12) I had to withdraw an amount from my account in Indian Bank. I went to the Bank at 10 am and struggled till 12 noon and returned home empty handed. Initially they said that my signature did not turn up when they entered my account number in the system ( I could not help with this, its their duty to maintain my details). Then was asked to see every employee of the bank for some reason or the other. Finally, when it became 12 noon, they said the bank is closed for the day and said me to come on Monday. I am frustrated with what has happened to me today. Its my money which I am trying to withdraw and not theirs, if they cannot work wholeheartedly on a Saturday, better don't come to work on a Saturday rather than coming for namesake. Thanks.
