I have availed education loan in Indian Bank, Karur and I have approached the bank to get provisional certificate for tax exemption(FY 2010-2011) on Jan,2011. But the manager is telling irresponsible answers. i.e., they didn't have the format for education loan provisional certificate and i need to give the format to bank, so that i can get the certificate.
Is this the right way of talking to a customer? We are very much disappointed by their irresponsible answer and activities.
