Indian Bank — Rd interest not paid

Sir,
After one year of my R/D the bank employee told me that we did not deduct your monthly installment by mistake, so we will not pay you the interest. They deduct only Ist installment of my R/D. I entered complaint with the sight of Indian Bank but they are also not doing any thing. so see the matter.
