Indian Institute of Management Science — Registration Fees not refunded

I went to the college iims in new delhi seeking admission in mba.They charge rs.25000 in the name of counseling.But later I came to know that its not a college, its a coaching center.(They are just misguiding the students). Also one ex-student of the college warn us not to take admission in that college. He said that the college is not good and everything here is false.They are not going to do anything which they said at the time of admission.So we decided to go against it. I have the receipt of the counseling fees on the back side of which its written that the fees is refundable. But the management of the college is not willing to return our money. They are saying that do whatever you want.Please help us what to do.
