Dear Sir,
Non delivery of LPG cylinder
Sir, I want to draw your kind attention for very poor service provided at your Indane Distributor M/s. Parekh Indane, Savsar Plot, Morbi and surely this will effect your Good Office.
I am customer of Indane with No. 00916 since long. Sir, I have a single cylinder connection. If I want to book for cylinder I have to wait for 21 days from the date of my last booking, but suddenly, the distributor has changed the rules and now they will book my cylinder after 21 days from the last date of delivery of the cylinder. Sir, I have a single bottle then and then they booked my cylinder on the 09/04/2008, instead of original booking date was 04/04/2008. On the 09/04/2008 they replied that they will deliver within three to four days, but I regret to say that till today i. e. 16/04/2008 evening they have not delivered and this is failure at your good office. Because, I am a customer of Your Good Office (I O C). It is very difficult to survive in the daily/routine life without cylinder for eight days.
Sir, I have requested daily thrice in a day to your distributor to make arrangements, but he has not responded. I am a simple service man.
Sir, can you help to transfer my connection to your distributor M/s. Parimal J. Sampat. As I am not satisfied with the services given by M/s. Parekh Indane.
Sir, I don’t know when they will deliver but can I know through you good office that from 09/04/2008 to till date how many cylinders they have delivered according the rules modified by themselves. Please I expect proper investigation for that from you.
I request you to do needful in the matter and is there any rule to book after 21 days the date of last delivery of cylinder? Please inform me the truth.

Indian Gas service in mysore is very very Bad. Our Indian gas cylender is leaking, we went to the office on monday 15/march/2010 Shankar Krupa Enterprises but they havn't send anyone yet, they are not responding so we have kept the Indian gas cylinder outside so that it might not explode if kept inside. Even the delivery is not ontime, and delivery person take extra amount and they will not give the bill for that and say that it is extra amount delivery charges, if amount is not given delivery for that next time gas it will be delayed furthur 8 to 10 days and no one will pick the phone and we have to put leave to our jobs and keep on roaming. The service is really worst. we keep on going to the office no complaint has been booked or reference no. not given they only asked to attended the complaint by name Raju we called he says he will come in 10 minutes and dose not turn up, kindly do the needfull.
