Indian Oil Corporation, Chennai — late delivery

Sir,
My address is M.K.Vedachalam, 50 bharathiar street, madhavaram, chennai 600 060. consumer no 12251.
I have booked a refill on 1/10/09, till date no supply. From 16/10/09 onwards they say it will come tommorrow but it is 20 days over I have not received refill. take neccessary action.

The gas cyl. booking date in other companies for 20 days but your company is 25 days

deliver the cyl. after 20 to 23 days of booking

re booking date is after deliver date of cyl.(35 to 40 days)

Ths petrol bunk in ekatuthangal - sai enterprises (opposite to virtusa) always cheating us with the quantity of petrol.If we pay Rs.200, then they will put only 2 litres of petrol.This doesnt happened for the first time, before 15 days my husband fought them for the same thing and now again thay have done the same forgery today.

I need someone to take this as a serious way and to take some necessary steps towards that petrol bunk.
